Myself and my partner visited here for the first time. I loved the huge selection of wing sauces available and the wings were delicious. Upon seating ourselves in the restaurant we were waiting about 5 minutes until the waitress asked us 'did we already get menus?' Despite her being the only waiting staff and the menus were behind the counter.We ordered nachos and we were given the wrong ones, the waitress apologised to the people who now had to wait longer for their nachos but just informed us we got the wrong nachos and was 'just letting us know?' with no apology or attempt to fix her mistake. I was then brought over someone else's wings, once they were placed in front of me I was asked did I even order them.Unfortunately the waitress had poor communication skills and would not look at us while serving us which really took away from visiting this restaurant. Overall the food was delicious but I wouldn't be in a hurry to visit here again soon.

Ordered through their app, was given a 90 minute wait for the delivery. This elapsed, so we placed a call and we were told that the order had only just been received (total lie- we had received email confirmation of the order) staff were dismissive and hung up the call. I will never order again.

Went for a meal last Friday night, waited around 10 mins for a table with was fine. Restaurant looks pretty nice and clean. Got seated and ordered two mains and two drinks then sat there for 40 mins with nothing!!! Wait actuly I lie got the drink after about 35 mins after asking twice more. In hindsight really should have walked. When the food did arrived it was edible but that was it. Pulled pork really fatty, chicken tenders and sausages from the freezer, soggy chips only thing I actually liked was a marinated chicken breast! Was massive portions and reasonably priced but neither any good to me when I didn't like it and the customer service was so slow!!!
