This was our first visit, and the food was awful. It could have been just an a bad day, but every thing was bad. Soggy bread on the sandwhich....the brisket had an outputting taste, and overall the place was messy and uninviting. It was literally our worst bbq meal we've had. Hopefully for others it was just a bad day.
We've been to Chic FilA's across the country. Love 'em. Two things were atypical at this location. First, the booth I chose had a used napkin lying on the floor under it. This chain is usually spotless. Second, at least in our heathen home state, California, Christian Rock instrumentals are played for background music. Here it was classical. Two things were redeeming. First, a very nice young lady, just coming off her break, offered to refill my sweet tea. She was very, very apologetic that she needed to wash her hands first. If she only knew my professional background! She is to be most commended. Secondly, as we left, my wife mentioned someone had apparently spilt something under our table & tried to wipe it up (hence the aforementioned napkin). The look of horror on this second young lady's face reassured us that this location continues to affirm our delight with this chain.

Very fast and friendly service. J.J. Gargantuan was actually a quite filling and fresh, cool meal as compared to alternatives like burgers or chicken sandwiches. The Gargantuan consists of a slice of pretty much every kind of meat they have along with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and an oil dressing. A nice change once in a while.

This is conveyor belt mall food in its own building. Nothing authentic about it. Some things are marginally tasty but even then it's just a sauce coating a sub-par base. Panda Express is good if you're stuck in an airport and need a quick bite to eat and there's no lineup. Other than that, there's surely something better nearby.

I stopped into this Subway for lunch. They had 3 employees working their sandwich assembly line. One employee cut the bread and put on meat and cheese. Then he put the sandwich in line for the 2nd employee who added tomatoes, lettuce, onions, etc. A 3rd person ran the checkout register and collected payments. The 2nd employee took longer to add vegies and dressing than the other 2 employees. At most Subways an employee who isn't busy helps the slow bottle neck to serve customers faster. Not a this place. The first and third employees, and CUSTOMERS, just waited for the backup at the salad section. We waited a long time. That is bad management and bad employee training. 2/3 of employees were just standing around waiting for someone else to serve customers. And customers were just waiting, and waiting, and waiting.
