There's no fresher sub anywhere. Absolutely delicious. They don't skimp on anything. We buy their subs for family cookouts - easier than breaking out the grill, and everybody raves about them. Five stars.
Gotta Be Frank Gourmet is a family owned and operated food truck based in Sanford, Maine. We operate in York County most frequently, at events, breweries, local businesses, and more. We just finished our first season at Congdonâs After Dark, which is an a
Weâve frequented their food truck over the last two years. Always excellent food and service. Their pricing cannot be beat! Some food trucks are expensive for families and this is not the case with them! We love that they have some staple items and rotate in some fun toppings as well! Definitely try their rodeo dog or one of the burgers when available! Hot pretzels are amazing too! We check their Facebook page for their weekly schedule. Our children love that they started a mobile library too! Thank you so much! We are thrilled that you enjoy visiting our food truck!

Rolls and wraps were very fresh, and the bakery cooking rolls smelled wonderful! Ingredients were fresh. Attendants were quick - almost too quick (didn't allow much time for customers to deliberate over the range of ingredients and sauces), but wraps and subs were wonderful.

We passed by a McDonald's, then a Wendy's, just to go to Burger King because we remembered the Whoppers as being extremely flavorful. We went there at 2:30 in the afternoon and there were 2 customers in front of us. One woman stepped to the side and waited a very long time for her order. She was really ticked. I asked my mother to find a good table and sit down. She kept moving from table to table and wouldn't sit down. I later learned it was because she went to four tables and every one of them was sticky and needed a good washing. There were 4 people working behind the counter and they were as SLOW as could be. We finally got our order (a lot longer than I've ever waited for burger and fries) and I took a few wet napkins and water and washed down the table where we sat. There was a Burger King person sitting near us who never said a peep, even though it was quite evident what we were doing. The Whopper Jr. with cheese had a rubbery piece of unmelted cheese on a tiny hamburger with unappealing lettuce, not the way I remember it. They have a new "reduced fat" crinkle fry which was the greasiest fry you've ever had. We actually bought the regular fries and the crinkle cuts to do a taste test. The original fries were less greasy, oddly enough. It was in the high 80's outside and not much better inside since their air conditioning wasn't working. What a disaster that lunch turned out to be! We could have had a better meal at McDonald's for less money. It was almost $12 for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 small sodas. No dollar menu at Burger King and certainly not worth more money.
This is a chain. The things that set one location apart from another are cleanliness, friendliness, accuracy, and speed. I have gotten sandwiches from this particular location several times over the last few years and have never had any issue. The store is always clean. The employees have always been nice. They live in the community, after all. The place gets mobbed at lunchtime, yet I've never had an incorrect order and I'm out as quickly as possible. The reason for only 4 stars then you ask? Well, it's Subway. It is pricey, as the Spose song goes. Also, it's not D'Angelo's or Amato's. However, it's about as good as a Subway can get.
