Like the #6 the best - the roast beef cooked on site, with lettuce, tomato, cheese, mayo, a little oil and vinegar and spices. Delicious! This is our quick go-to treat when we get tired of home cooking, which is fairly often.Saturday noons are busiest. We tend to get take-out late lunch or early dinner and don't have to wait. It's fine to eat on site, too.

Prime Taco is a fast food restaurant specializing in tacos. Fish, shrimp, chicken, beef, and pork varieties, made in different flavor combos, and served in hard corn, soft corn, or flour tortillas. We tried four different tacos and all were good though our fave was the pork and pineapple - a sort of sweet and sour pork, plus cilantro and onions, in a taco. Custom tacos to order are also offered, as are some other traditional Mexican dishes (burritos, quesadillas, etc). Order the counter, take a number, and your food will appear in a few minutes. Inexpensive - each taco is about $4.
