We happened upon this place by accident, we were looking for an early dinner as we had to get to the airport for our flight home. Every where else was closed or not serving food. So when we saw la grotta beach we decided to give it a go and we were not disappointed! The food was delicious, the arincini were fantastic as was the various kinds of local focaccia and pizza. Very clean. Highly recommended especially if you are in a hurry and want good local authentic food.

First evening in Marina tired after a long day travelling, wanted a cocktail and to chill out before bed. Great cocktails served outside in the seating overlooking the main square,and when we saw the food served at tables beside us decided to order a portion of seafood and vegetables in tempura batter,food is fast and delicious served in paper and little wooden baskets. Great if you want something tasty while enjoying a cocktail or two!

We were staying, self catering, in Ragusa and didn't want a big meal. Chanced upon La Grotta...just what we needed.Helpful staff speaking excellent English, made our sandwiches just to our requirements. Fresh, tasty and excellent value. Well done!
