Thankfully after a long time this unit was occupied, and occupied with a much needed "restaurant" at that end of the marina. I say "restaurant" as it is a fish and chipper with sit down space.It had been open a few weeks so had an opportunity to sort the wrinkles out. However problems:Original menu had an aubergine vegetarian dish, now removed and the choice for a vegetarian is poor.45 minutes from sitting down to actually having food served.It is way too bright lighting, plus lot of concrete walls make it loud and uncomfortable.Tables and chairs crammed in - too much and not enough space around tables.Young waiters (male and female) who appear to lack experience. One waiter seemed happier to be chatting with his friends than serving.No system - multiple waiters working same tables - all seems chaotic,When food arrived, halloumi over cooked and rubbery, mussels overcooked, and chips luke warm plus not great.Tables not being cleaned properly - someone needs to say that waiters using there hand to wipe a table down doesn't clean a table...Feedback about our food to waiter, just "we will tell the chef", no sorry and nothing else back.No draught lager, ale, cider, etc. Bottles. £ 3.80 for a bottle of Corona is expensive.No mushy peas, just crushed peas that weren't very crushed...I can continue....I really wish them the best of luck learning, improving and resolving the issues but for the short term we won't be going back.

Have given this take-away 3 chances over the years and each time very disappointed with food and service, the woman when we phoned to order was very abrupt and the dishes we had were heavy, oily, and did not have the flavours you would hope for in good authentic Chinese cuisine, in fact they tasted as if they had been cooked in chip fat! This takeaway-away is definitely cheaper than New World, the other take-away on the high street, but in this case it is true that you get what you pay for!

Very disappointed , I ordered a kebab , thought it was taking ages then Realised they kept going to the mircowave , defrosting left over kebab meat from another night in the Mircowave, then they reheated the meat in the Mircowave as well not even on the grill, walked out had one taste and threw it the bin and went somewhere else!! Very disappointed!! Wonât be going back!!
