Port of Spain, the capital of Trinidad and Tobago, has the tall buildings, neon lights and crowded streets of many cities, but also a multicultural Caribbean character and a homegrown calypso soundtrack. The best-known occasion is the flamboyant pre-Lenten Carnival. Among the city's other offerings are cricket and football matches, year-round festivals, a botanic garden, malls, an art and history museum and historic buildings. Entertainment options abound, but be cautious after dark.

I don't agree with the negative reviews. This may not necessarily be THE best doubles stand in Trinidad, but it certainly is right up there. We were in PoS for 6 days, had doubles from many different stands. George is really yummy (fwiw, I grew up in India, so I have had chana curry all my life). We had it for breakfast every morning. Fast, cheap, and delicious.
Paramos a desayunar y fue todo un acierto. Tiene una terraza estupenda y la tarta de zanahoria está exquisita. Trato por parte del personal muy educado. Sin duda volveremos.

Trinidad & Tobago's Favorite Pizzeria! Bringing Italian and Local Tastes together... just the way you like it!
Mario's continues to provide good pizza throughout the years. It doesn't hurt that there's a location 2 minutes from my house :)

First timer here. Visited for dinner with family. Pretty cozy place. Friendly staff. I had Atlantic Salmon which was to my liking. The Pork Loin I thought it would be good. Family member says it was. It would have been my alternative choice, but that is for a next time. The Sirloin was not up to standard according to another family member. The children's meals were consumed, so that might have been very tasty for them. Having revealed all of that I am satisfied that some one knows how to prepare Salmon.

Great for pita with lots of different fillings to choose from. They are as they say in theie ads 'Fresh. Healthy. Filling.' Also on offer is pizza and even some spag dishes. Quite a variety for a small place. Do not forget to ask for some pepper sauce. Great place for a quick bite.

When you land from England and want to feel like you really have arrived, first stop and first food you eat in Trinidad has to be a roti from Hotte Shoppe. And Iâd didnât disappoint. The best shrimp roti ever. Amazing value and so tasty and delicious. So lucky to be in Trinidad and did my first meal to be the best roti in town
