My family has lived in the Plainville area for generations and my parents always liked this pizza place. I picked up pizza again this weekend at my mother's request and it was again a poor experience. The parking lot and inside are both dirty and disorganized. The inside hasn't been updated in decades and the staff is disorganized. Three different people asked me about my order and couldn't find it. Finally the fourth person came over and find the pieces to the order. I did see the person making my salad not using any gloves which was a large distraction. The pizza is Greek and the crust overcooked and tasteless. The BBQ chicken on it had no taste and no BBQ sauce was added on top of the chicken like most places do. A small child was behind the counter, playing around the food, and came out to sit at a table and eat some fries. Disappointing.

I called in an order and picked it up at this location. It was one of the worse pickup orders of food I've had. The sandwiches were soggy and the pizza was so greasy we had to blot it with paper towels. I called the manager and put a complaint in about the food but never heard back from him. Very disappointing and I won't go back to that location.

It's a Subway, so there are no real suprises, Thin layer of meat, but lots of choices for toppings. The bread is always fresh (compared to Quizno's that offered us moldy bread) and the prices are ok. Love the $5 footlong deals.

Almost all the breads and rolls are 89 cents! They carry an assortment of packaged bagels, english muffins, donuts, pastries and cakes as well. I do watch the expiration date on the items but I have never been disappointed.
