We were hungry and the crepe was simply delicious. It was a taste of France in the heart of Italy, and certainly recommended. I wish he was situated closer to Canada for us to be return customers.
Kinza is a restaurant located near the municipal villa,is the ideal place to make a rich aperitif with Spritz... Specialties such as Burrata cheese,Puccia Salentina and local cheese platters.

I've been there with my family for a quick dinner... Impressed! High quality food, frisella with rocket tomato and burrata is gorgeous... The Puccia with salmon carpaccio dried tomato and straciatella cheese, even better... I've been surprised from the taste of Puccia with pesto and octopus... The pasta (homemade) was good, but not memorable... Considering the business view focused on the 0 miles food, the only suggestion I feel to add is: please use bio or not plastic cutlery, like the biodegradable tableware, you already have... Highly recommended!!!

We came across this restaurant yesterday on our first day of visit to Otranto. When we sat down there were about 10 customers at the outdoor seating area and most if not all of them were served with drinks and food. It did not look very busy. We caught the eye of a waiter who understood that we were ready to order. He indicated that someone would come take our order. There was only one person in charge of taking order. He saw us but did not come to our table for a while. So I walked into the restaurant counter and politely informed them we were ready to order. I also ordered some dessert while there as it was not on the menu. We waited for another 10 to 15 min and indicated to another waiter that we are ready to place our order. The person taking order still did not come to our table and instead served other customers that arrived later than us while completely ignoring us. The dessert we ordered also never arrived. We felt that they did not appreciate our presence so we decided to inform the person taking order that we wanted to cancel the dessert and leave. He said fine and waved at me rudely suggesting that we just leave. I was frustrated and told him that the service was unacceptable as I walked out of the restaurant. He then immediately walked towards me with menace and I could sense that he was about to hit me. I was scared and walked away. He continued to chase me down the street while shouting at us to leave. The whole experience was absolutely shocking. We could not believe that this person taking order was about to physically attack us for simply saying that the service was not acceptable. This is the scariest restaurant experience we ever had and we considered calling the police afterwards. We would not recommend anyone visiting this place simply for the fact that the person taking order was prepared to physically attack customers.Dear Sir,We read his words in disbelief and surprise. We remember perfectly what really happened and all of us, still disconcerted, remember your rudeness and aggressiveness in addressing offenses and insults only for having turned our attention to the customers who came to our restaurant before you. We speak and understand correctly the English language even when someone, like you, tell us swearwords and offenses. The fact that you left voluntarily and without delay from our fish bar, it allowed us to continue working serenely with the remaining 99.99% of our customers always happy with our welcome. We wish you to solve any personal problems that make you feel reality distorted. We will be happy to welcome you as best as possible if you want to come back and visit us to relax and appreciate our cuisine and the hospitality we reserve to all our customers.Kind regards,The staff

We sat at one of the outdoor tables for a puccia and beer. We took one one classic and one multigrain, we chose Diavoletto and Deliziosa. Both were very good. Perfect place for a quick snack when strolling through Otranto old town. your satisfaction is the goal of our work, thank you and please come back. Saporà staff

Baguette per tutti i gusti! Ingredienti freschissimi e sfiziosi per rendere il vostro pranzo una delizia! Possibilitá anche di creare baguette personalizzate a seconda dei gusti dei clienti. Vi aspettiamo
Great lunch in a place where lunch seems to be somewhat overlooked. Travelling through puglia we haven't found anywhere particularly amazing for lunch but the Skafe Bagueterria was great. You can choose your own fillings and bread and the crisps are also a great addition!

I have to say the lobster sandwhich was okay nothing special lacking flavour and covered in rediculous mayonnaise for â¬18 euro I could not recommend this dish unfortunately. The salted cod was okay, but for my little sister we ordered Frito mista the girl taking our order heard Frittura mare, a raw seafood dish came out and we explained its not what we ordered. they didn't care and insisted that's what we ordered. We ordered Frito misto again and they brought out the right dish. Unfortunately its was over fried and the prawns backside hadnt been cleaned. Very Difficult to peel and clean the calamari and octopu was rubbery and inedible.Needless to say we'll have to stop off at another restaurant to fill her belly. A nice guy chatted to us later and asked if we wanted to take the raw Frittura mare and the fritto misto with us. We replied no thanks and explained we never ordered the raw dish and maybe there was confusion which is why it was untouched. Needles to say we were still charges for the dish. Being nice''tourists" we just paid and didn't make a fuss. All in all disappointment.
