This by far is the best fast food restaurant in Ooltewah or any area as that goes. They have the best customer service around and the food is great. I love the drive thru service especially. They always make you feel special by coming to their restaurant. Great food and excellent prices. Love Love the chicken nuggets meal.

I was craving a Chinese food quick fix, and this cured me (in a good way)!Yes- food is my drug, therefore I consider it a "quick fix," a "hit," and I often need re-ups! LolI digress. Anyway- it's not your top of the line Chinese cuisine... But if u are looking for a budget-friendly fix, and are in the area- this should do.

Fast service, friendly sandwich "artists". Not much to say other than it's your typical Subway sandwich shop. The "only" thing I hate, and this is indicative of all Subway's is the smell that permeates your clothes of the bread ovens after you leave.

Change that i received back was wrong,couldnt even get a receipt and when I confronted the chasier and manager,they were hostile and nothing was done about it.This was during the morning shift.I never get treatment like that at any other Sonic.This Sonic is low on the Totem pole,matter of fact,smells like a pole cat.

Yeah, I don't usually review fast food joints, I mean... why bother? But this place... I just wanted to warn you. Arrived in Ooltewah during a big January rain, real white knuckle stuff. Got into the motel, and just wanted to grab a quick bite and then get to sleep, since I had to get rolling in the morning. I think it was about 11pm.Did the drive-thru. Took FIFTEEN MINUTES from order to being handed my food, and then I had to repeat myself three times to get a simple 5 item order correct. 15 minutes is stupid long, so just a word to the wise. ...you might want to try one of the other nearby places instead. This staff seems to have lead shoes.
