Nafplio (Greek: Ναύπλιο) is a seaport town in the Peloponnese in Greece that has expanded up the hillsides near the north end of the Argolic Gulf. The town was an important seaport held under a succession of royal houses in the Middle Ages as part of the lordship of Argos and Nauplia, held initially by the de la Roche following the Fourth Crusade before coming under the Republic of Venice and, lastly, the Ottoman Empire. The town was the capital of the First Hellenic Republic and of the Kingdom of Greece, from the start of the Greek Revolution in 1821 until 1834. Nafplio is now the capital of the regional unit of Argolis.

We welcome you every day with tasty Falafel, meatballs, tomatoballs, pumpkinballs, kebab vegan, finger foods, salads, homemade Sauces and fresh local vegetables, spicy drinks and unique, greek soft drinks. All the food made by us.
I had the falafel - not sure what all the fuss is about. I thought they were rather tasteless and overpowered by the spicy sauce. My husband had the meatballs, which were much tastier.

This used to be one of my favourite places to eat in Nafplio. Great quality food, good prices and generally attentive staff. I have been going to eat here for ten years. However, there is a huge problem with children begging for money/food and they are exceedingly rude and very annoying. I realise it is awful for these children but if you help they pester you for more and if you don't they are obnoxious. They seem to have the run of this strip of restaurants and no one seems to realise the effect it has on the diners. I am afraid to say that after an experience with them this week I no longer wish to eat here.

Nice traditional Greek food and nice location in the town centre. Service could be improved, it took quite long for our food to arrive and we were served a dish we did not order (the waiter seemed to have difficulty understanding what I ordered even though I spoke slowly in fluent Greek!).We ordered gyros, souvlaki and a cheeseburger. Gyros and souvlaki were great, the cheeseburger came with the hardest bun I've ever seen! So my advice is stick to the gyros and souvlaki and you'll have a great meal! Prices are what you'd expect.

We found this place by accident. I was looking for Flocafe Espresso Room which is part of Goody's. I didn't know it was a chain since it is such a unique place. It was clean and comfortable. It is delightful inside - a little modern pub and a little old-fashioned burger joint. The service was great - we were treated with warmth and friendliness. We had coffee and hot chocolate as well as donuts (try to get a cinnamon one just made - ours was warm and it was divine). There was also free internet which we could use and we weren't hurried out so had plenty of time to check up on what was going on at home. There is also a clean toilet upstairs which you can use with the code on your bill. I recommend a visit.
