Minot (/ˈmaɪnɒt/ ( listen) MY-not) is a city in and the county seat of Ward County, North Dakota, United States, in the state's north-central region. It is most widely known for the Air Force base located approximately 15 miles (24 km) north of the city. With a population of 40,888 at the 2010 census, Minot is the fourth largest city in the state and a trading center for a large portion of northern North Dakota, southwestern Manitoba, and southeastern Saskatchewan. Founded in 1886 during the construction of the Great Northern Railway, Minot is also known as "Magic City", commemorating its remarkable growth in size over a short time.

Great location near Minot State University, but was hoping for better food for my second time eating here. My first time here was not great, I had problems with my food order and the staff. Today, orders came up quickly, but my Cheese Pizza was burnt around the edges. My Garlic Knots, not too shabby. I did enjoy those dang Garlic Knots and pizza sauce.

From the outside - an unassuming, almost unappealing exterior. Let's come to reality, almost anywhere you want to eat in Minot is going to be a nightmare to get to, this place had front row parking - and not more than 3 customers inside at 430 pm on a Tuesday. There's nothing wrong with the bread, meat and cheese combo. I mean this was a memorable experience! I had no idea what they were talking about, or which language they were using, but they were so friendly, clean and respectful. The sandwich was phenomenal. In a league of its own, I would say. I Cannot compare the east coast sandwiches, never been there, but as far as sandwiches in Minot, probably the best there is. This place is probably a weekly visit treat at least.
