Stopped in at the new Hungry Jacks in Bairnsdale when passing through on a trip. The car park is a strange lay out, if there was a queue in the drive through it would block most of the bays. It was not busy and there was no queue so we went straight up to the counter. I was expecting in a new restaurant that the staff would be learning but they would be enthusiastic. Not the case with the girl serving at the counter, the service bordered on rude. The burgers were terrible. The bacon pieces were flavorless and very thin. They certainly did not come close to the pictures displayed. On expressing dissatisfaction the shift manager certainly did not seem bothered that they did not meet our basic expectations either. Won't be rushing back!

Looking for something for take away dinner after 8.30 and found Big Al's. lots of different pasta types to choose with an assortment of toppings. I has a tortellini with carbonara sauce - one of the best I have had. Pizzas look pretty good too and everything was reasonably priced. Will come back next time I am in Bairnsdale.

i went with my fiance to this subway where i witnessed the staff literally having a food fight as we walked in. they took our order (where very rude as we must have ruined their food fight" when we sat down the staff continued to be loud and still kept throwing food at each other. it was dirty, subs were the worst ive ever had. do yourself a favour and eat elsewhere.. this subway is revolting

Good value and food is always good. Go for a chicken burger!Downside - short opening hours - love to grab something in the evening but close mid afternoon and only Mon-Fri.

I recently visit this place after getting a recommendation from a staff working at the Department of Primary Industries (a government department in Australia) during my lunch break.Had the burger with the lot! It has the essential ingredients for the burger and the portion is just right for a hungry person like me after a non-stop work in the morning.Staffs are friendly and it's really a popular place for locals for lunch as the customer traffic is good.

We ate here after several local people recommended it and we were not disappointed. The service was great, the vibe was friendly and the pizzas were absolutely delicious.
