Reviews on Fast Food food in London, England, United Kingdom. Ancient tradition and contemporary trend meet in age-old London. One of the most cosmopolitan and dynamic destinations on earth, for centuries the British capital has been on the forefront of whatever has been deemed cutting edge, en vogue, and topical. A thriving metropolis of several million people with a global reach and a worldly outlook, London is at its heart a series of small, interconnected villages with the framework and infrastructure of a modern city joining them together, yet seldom denying each its own distinctive character.

If you haven't really had the "distinct pleasure" to have enjoyed London's iconic, delicious "fish 'n chips"... then you really must visit this small "unpretentious restaurant". The dishes are freshly prepared, and are very large... as is the choice of fish and seafood. The quality of service is "surprisingly good". The prices are also very reasonable! If you want something a "bit different" then there are also dishes served with curry sauce! One can also order food to "take out"! TripAdvisor has awarded this restaurant its "Certificate of Excellence". This somewhat "funky" restaurant is definitely worthy of a visit.I hope that this Review has been helpful.

Super nice place! Itâs not your ideal fancy restaurant but if you wanna experience British local pub culture, this is definitely a must-visit! Food portion was very generous and beer was very nice too! Whatâs even better is that they have a karaoke in the evening (we went on Friday so might be a Friday-only thing), and you see a lot of local grandmas and grandpas enjoying themselves by singing their heart out. Very interesting place! The weak point may be that the tables can use a bit of more wiping.

Vegetarian / Vegan Israeli / MiddleEastern: Falafel Shakshouka Sabich Daily Specials Borekas Eat in or Take Out "I go here EVERYDAY for lunch. Says it all I guess" "OMG the best ever falafel in north London! Seriously tasty! Fresh ingredients, made right
Went for the first time, with a colleague from work, for lunch recently, we both had the falafel in pitta. Excellent, fresh, and tasty, with plenty of salad. The best Falafel I have tasted in a long while. Was so good, we went back a few days later for more! You can call ahead and place your order to save time. The staff are very friendly, food is excellent. Will definitely become one of our regular lunchtime spots from now on.Dear Bindesh M,I am so very pleased to hear that you enjoyed my Falafel ! We make sure all our ingredients are fresh and that the Falafel is ONLY made to order hence it keeps its moisture and crispiness. Always call ahead and we can have your order ready for you on your arrival. Pop in to the shop and ask for Rachel, it would be nice to meet you and to get to know our regulars.

This place was ranked as a top place for fish and chips. So we searched it out. Sorry it was average at best and the service was even less. Would not reccomend it. On our travels over 3 weeks in the UK and Ireland we treid fish and chips 5 times, The golden Chippy ranked 5th

Right, so I'm not sure what all the fuss is about at all. I ordered the 'Magic Box' and was bitterly disappointed - 7 quid for six blobs of falafel and a bit of salad, which tasted like it was from Tesco (and not even from their Finest range). The sauce was quite pleasant. Was it because I didn't order the infamous wrap? Is that why I had an utterly yawn experience? Surely if an eaterie is so celebrated then all dishes (um, 3) should be excellent?Oh and the chap who served me was rude.Hi,Thank you for sharing your review. We are sorry to hear you experience did not match your expectations. We hope you visit us again so you can get the kind of excellent experience we're known for. Thanks!
