The owners here are fantasist and it shows in the staff. They have a great attitude and do little extras for guests. I just wanted the eggs back on and sausage firm the ultimate burrito without the tots and in a bowl. That did it with a smile.
Since our last visit in December 2014 we decided to give this place another go in February 2015.Service was vastly improved this time it was a all Female group behind the counter, smiling, happy and very efficient, apart from once again hot food served cold or just warm. Why does this place advertise hot sandwiches which they do indeed toast, then serve them cold. Could it be the long, long wait in between heating up the food to it actually being served to the customer, something needs to change.Place is clean, tidy which is a plus but please serve hot food, hot, or simply don't advertise hot food.
My one and only visit to this Popeyes was beyond disappointing, and there will not be a second visit. The chicken was dried out and overcooked; I suspect it has been sitting under the heat lamps for quite a long time.
