Easy to phone in orders. Food is prepared promptly and ready to go when I arrive. I like the bacon/jalapeño cheesy bread for lunch. It's enough for two people as a lunch. Friendly staff. Consistently good. Not gourmet pizza. It's a fair value for what you pay.

the Manager of this Franchise needs to be friendlier to the customers and her staff. there is a time and place to talk with your staff and it's not in front of the Patrons.

the drive thru and I spoke into the ordering station, "a dozen chocolate iced donuts, please." "$8.40; first window."At the window I opned the box to make sure my order was correct. A dozen donuts, not one of them chocolate iced. "this is not my order." "uh, okay." and the black girl leaves the window and returns. "We be out of chocolate iced donuts." "why didn't you tell me that when I ordered?" "I can give you seven." "Okay, I'll take the seven." I again open the box and seven chocolate iced donuts laden with sprinkles. "I don't want sprinkles!" It was a deer in headlights moment for her and I cursed her and drove off. This place needs to hire people who can at least engage in the King's English. This particular young black girl needs to restart her education in about the third grade!!
