Hadn't planned my visit but fancied a change from fish n chips and was passing! Lovely friendly welcome with lollies offered to myself and my 2 girls, even produced a carrier for our shopping which we were carrying. I ordered a donner kebab and it was huge. Lovely fresh salad served with it and reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again.
Was very quiet so got served quickly. Great coffee and cake . Seat by the window kept my young grandson happy as he has more space to move around while waiting for food Feel comfortable here .

We enjoyed a leisurely walk along the cliff and beach from Atwick to Hornsea and called in here for lunch because it looked busy (always a good sign). We were there around half one, probably their peak time, so had to wait around 15 minutes for the food .. but when it arrived it was top quality, a good sized piece of clear white fish in a crisp batter and a generous portion of chips which we shared, along with some tasty mushy peas and tartare sauce. The whole place was clean and efficiently run, with very friendly staff. Top notch! We'll be back!

Called in for fish and chips whilst visiting Hornsea today. Great view over the promenade and the sea. Seating at a window bar and a small metal table outside. Large @£8 reg @£6 and a pensioners special too served. Pleasant friendly chatty staff. Also sells drinks and ice creams and usual chippy style foods. Bins available for the rubbish too. Great portion and tasted lovely. Parking outside for 1 hour and no return in 1 hour. Well done and will definitely call in again.

I visited here with my partner and his Grandma on a Sunday afternoon. I had fishcake and chips with a side of bread and butter, and some tartare sauce. I donât like peas so my partner had those with his meal instead. My meal cost £6.95 and my Fanta cost £1.95. My partner had large cod and chips for £9.95 and his Grandma had small fish and chips for £8.25. There is a varied menu and they also do a senior special and puddings. All of the food was tasty, it was very filling and the service from the lady was 5*.

Geoff Whitehead says "All our fish and chips are served fresh, for a taste you'll want to come back for again and again". Whitehead's - East Yorkshire's first MSC certified sustainable fish and chip shop - is set a stones throw from the Yorkshire seafront
Fantastic fish and chips. Coming from Grimsby I am used to good fish and chips but this place was one of the best I have ever tasted. The fish actually tasted like fish, it had flavour, unlike many that serve Haddock.Chips we cooked great.Portion size was more than enough and I am not a thin lad.My young daughter had a cod fish Finger which was home made, she ate all of it and most of her chips.Staff we so helpful, polite and quick too.Layout is modern, clean and spacious.Excellent value for money and will be returning again
