Was there two times over the past several weeks and thought that I'd give it one more try. Well, should've gone to an eatery that listens to its customers when ordering an item. I ordered extra items on my meal twice and was OMITTED both times. The extras were listed on my receipt, but weren't on my meal! Won't be going back.
Other Subways are far more generous with their tuna. Here, we always feel cheated and pay extra for more scoops of tuna otherwise we would have a lettuce sandwich. The server barely gave us a few leaves of spinach. She counted them out one leaf at a time. Even though the location is close to home, we will never return. Also on the negative side, it's located in a dangerous area of SB. I can see why people lose weight eating here - the portions are so small.

Another local spot that has been aroundfor decades. Doesnât look like much fromthe outside but they have some of the best burritos around. Try the garbage burrito it has a little bit of everything.
It's a (der) Wienerschnizel, after all. What more can I say? Well, it's clean. It serves the usual Wienerschnizel fare plus Soft Serve Ice Cream (Milk?). The staff seems friendly and they didn't try to short change me. But it's a (der) Wienerschnizel! Good, decent Hot Dogs, probably better dogs than the many 7-11s up and down the street serve, but a bit expensive for a fast meal and the 7-11s offer a cheaper, though inferior dog. And if you like greasy fries, you can get them here.

Most Carl's Jr. restaurants (and Hardee's) are similar. You can get a decent hamburger and fries here, but you might not. The problem is that they precook. Like many other fast food restaurants including McDonalds, they flame broil a certain number of hamburger patties and place them in some kind of warmer to await an order. Yes, they stay warm, but they dry out and if they've been sitting for any length of time, they become almost inedible. But the problem is exacerbated because the hamburgers were originally grilled to well done and in the warmers they actually cook some more, removing most of their great flavor. My suggestion ... ask to have your hamburger freshly cooked. While they do overcook over their flame broiler, freshly out of the broiler, they are quite tasty.Another problem in this restaurant is understaffing. They simply do not have enough people working. In fact, usually they only have one person taking orders from both the line of cars outside and the inside counter, and that person has other duties, too. They have to watch to see if orders are up and sometimes they have to act as waiter, too. It saves the restaurant money, but the lines inside and out move much too slowly.A couple of good things here ... the restaurant is usually clean and comfortable... and the employees all seem to be good guys and gals.Carl's does have decent fast food ... if it is fresh. If you refuse to accept anything but fresh, maybe they'll get better.

My family has been a customer of Rosa's for twenty years. Between the number 1 location and the number two location, it has been a dining experience. Garbage has never tasted so good and all the other items I have tried have been just great, The Staff is alway nice. The Garbage Burrito is my main dining course with extra onions and cheese! I have not tried the Breakfast burrito yet, but bet that I will not be disappointed. I love Mexican food and Rosa Maria's in tops with me. I have no problem recommending Rosa Maria's and look forward to the next dining experience.
