Ward's was a staple when I went to college at USM, it was good, filling and cheap. Cut to 20 years later and while passing through the Burg, I had to stop at Ward's and get the Big One combo. It was as gloriously good as I remember. No, It's not good for you, but it is oh so good!

I'll preface this by saying that I've never left a negative review for a restaurant until now. I ordered a whole tuna sandwich and a whole Green Goddess Cobb Salad at the drive-thru. Service was somewhat timely - but given I was the only customer at 3:00-ish p.m., it could've been much faster. They left off the pickle spear on the sandwich order. I realize that sounds like a silly complaint but we pickle-lovers take our pickle-orders very seriously, especially when it's advertised that it comes with a pickle spear. Beyond that and far more important, the salad was inedible. The lettuce was WAY too cold. In fact, it was frozen. I didn't discover this until I got home, miles away. Their cooler/refrigerator is entirely too cold. (Unless it had been placed in the freezer instead. Not sure). My lettuce was ruined. It's difficult to describe its consistency - for those who are wondering. I've only seen it a couple of times when lettuce freezes, it looses all crispness and becomes mushy ice. I threw it away. (Unfortunately). Other Panera Bread locations have not disappointed. I wish this location paid more attention to detail and quality control.

Super convenient location at the cloverleaf of US Hwy 49 & US Hwy 11. It is so nice to have something in town that's away from that mad house on Hardy or US 98 West. I have eaten at this location 3 times and have experienced stellar service. It's so nice to go into a place for breakfast and actually smell and watch real food being prepared. Super staff and quality food. One of the newest items is the peach waffle. I have had this item and found it outrageouslygood. I can guarantee to return to this location many times.

I try to use certain vendors because I like their business model. Chic Filet is one of them I like but lately some of the stores have changed so much that they are like all other fast food chains now. This store at the Turtle Creek Mall used to be very friendly to me who comes from out of town and use their catering service to host meetings in Hattiesburg. I am done here, no more business with me here with this store. They are inflexible, they gave me all kinds of rules why they can't do this and can't do that. Not what I need. There is a simple rule in business that I know works to be successful "Yes we can do it"Not telling customers store policies!!!
