I am a bit reluctant to promote their smoked salmon because I fear that if too many people get on to it they will be sold out next time I go there. BUT it is superb. I discovered this product while camping in the area last year. I am able to get occasional supplies via a friend who visits Grafton on business. (I am eating some right now.)It is the chunky dry style which I think is cured and hot smoked (correct me if wrong). The supermarkets sell this style in the refrigerated small goods section but Naeco Blue's product is cheaper, fresher and far superior in taste.Overall, as a fresh seafood outlet I rate Naeco Blue very highly. It is very clean and I believe they offer the best in fresh seafood subject to availability.Hi There! Thanks for your great feedback. You are spot on with our Smoked Salmon in the way we do it. A simple Salt/Suger Cure then Hot Smoked slowly for 8 hrs to achieve that beautiful soft, smoky texture and flavour. If you think of a way to get this product to you on a more regular basis we are happy to investigate. And we promise not to be sold out on your future visits :)Thanks again from the team at Naeco Blue!

This is a sandwich bar and roast meats, as well as fruit shakes and smoothies. I have attempted to get something to eat here three times in the last 18 months. Always with no success. The service is ridiculous, disorganised and just really poorly run. It's akin to trying to get something to eat when no one has any idea about who has ordered, who is waiting, or who is next to order - basically just a dog's breakfast. I have over those three times stood and waited to get served, maybe 25 minutes in total, they have quite a number of people working behind the counter, without any idea of prioritising who's next to get served. Just absolutely terrible service. Strike 3 - you won't be getting any of my hard earned!

While driving to Sydney from Gold Coast we stopped as usual at McDonalds South Grafton (good coffee and convenient location). Problem is...every time we go there, I wish we hadn't. It's always very busy (great for them) but unfortunately too many staff skipped 'customer-service' school but skilfully convey an attitude that we're just adding to their already crap day. If you like cold 'hot apple pies', ham 'n' cheese pockets which double as brake-pads, staff who have perfected 'care-factor zero', grossly inadequate toilets, full indoor rubbish bins and people who push-in...then they have the queue for you. Me?...I'm travelling via Glenreagh General Store for some real apple pies beside the Big Dingo.
