Love this place. Weâve been back a couple of time and now make it a regular stop each trip. The burgers are great, in particular I love the veggie burger. Nice to have a veggie burger that doesnât mean black bean bland burger! Wonderful place to eat. Very good sausage sandwiches, and reasonably priced. The owner, Dave, is great & makes all the high quality sausage himself. He is very passionate about his product. Wife, son, and I had the jerk chicken sausage. Daughter had the bratwurst. All were very tasty. My son proclaimed it the best sausage ever. Highly recommended.

This very small local joint offers a variety of jerk options. The flavor is pretty good, and you certainly get a lot of meat for your money. We got both the chicken and pork to try, and the smoked flavor really comes through. Better to get and take away to eat elsewhere comfortably - definitely an interesting local experience.

We have tried several of the local jerk places in our travels to the Caymans, and Di Kit Chin has decent box lunches to stay or go. We had the stew conch and turtle stew, which were both good and came with some nice plantains. The stews were a little on the bland side, but overall the meal was good bang-for-the-buck and filling.
