Such a shame that, in my opinion, Barnacle Bill's has gone dramatically down hill since opening. We ordered the classic cod and chips last week and, although the fish was was lovely, the chips were over-cooked and dry and all elements were cold. I was also surprised that their website doesn't appear to work, so I couldn't look at the menu online. All in all, I don't think we'll be returning any time soon which is sad as it used to be our choice of chippy in Frome.
