A good summer drink that we like to go to Sonic for is the orange cream frozen drink ( actual name is something else) but it serves as a substitute for the Varsity's orange frosted creame that was a favorite when we lived in Atlanta

Arrived at noon, 1st warning, we were ignored for 10 minutes to get seated. 2nd warning, frazzled waitress. 3rd warning, 20 minutes after ordering, our food arrived. Now for the food, obvious it had sat somewhere for awhile before it was brought to us, lukewarm. An order of ranch dressing was ordered early and did not arrive until I was half done with my fries. Couldnât figure it out, they had PLENTY of staff milling about behind the counter. Why was the manager at the grill cooking instead of managing. She also looked pretty frazzled. We were 11 minutes late getting back to work. Wouldnât have minded so much if the food quality had been there, but it wasnât. By Steak and Shake standards, it was lacking. No need to go back.

There are two Wendy's restaurants in Fort Oglethorpe, one is a couple miles from I-75, is much newer and cleaner and better, the other on the other side of town by route 2, and is much more run down and overworked. It's a night and day difference, hit the first one instead.

This is one of the cleanest Subway restaurants I've been to. It's location is somewhat subdued as it is just past the Krystal restaurant on Lafayette road. I say it's off the beaten path because nearly all of Ft.Oglethorpe's development has moved to GA Hwy 2 and moving closer to the interstate. This restaurant is just a couple of red lights away from the Chickamauga Battlefield. I enjoy picking up a sandwich here and taking it out and picnicking in the battlefield.

If you haven't downloaded the app, do it!!!....I used it here among many other locations in North Georgia as I travel around the state, this staff here was great and as soon as I walked in, they had it waiting for me on the counter, they just said my name, I said "Right here" and out I went with my breakfast while others waited in line inside and in the drive thru....Keep up the Great Work!!!!
