Reviews on Fast Food food in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, United States. Elk Grove Village is a village located in northeastern Illinois adjacent to O'Hare International Airport and is a near northwest suburb, touching the city of Chicago. It is one of the Chicago metropolitan area's principal villages due to its large industrial park, located on the eastern border of the village. The village is located primarily in Cook County with a small portion in DuPage County. The population was 33,127 at the 2010 census. As the name suggests, Elk Grove Village is home to a small herd of elk kept in a grove at the eastern edge of the Busse Woods forest preserve for which the grove is named. Elk are not native to the area but were brought by train from Montana by an early resident, William Busse, in the 1920s. The elk are currently maintained by the Chicago Zoological Society veterinary staff and the Busse Woods Forest Preserve wildlife biologists.

I think you have to be a real Chipotle fan, otherwise, this just seems like an average Chipotle restaurant. This Chipotle Mexican Grill is located in the Elk Grove Town Center, a shopping center located on the southwest corner of Biesterfield Rd. & S. Arlington Heights Rd. It is in an outlying building at the edge of the parking lot along Biesterfield Rd. There is plenty of parking and there is easy access in to and out of the parking lot. We found the food at lunch to be average. The service was efficient. The prices were about what we expected.

Travelling for business and wanting something fairly predictable for dinner. I was happily surprised at the customer service that made me feel welcome! I wish I'd gotten my server's name to post it here, but she was stupendous! This wasn't particularly trendy food, this wasn't gourmet food, but this was comfort food done with quality ingredients, expediency and amazing service. I will always recommend this known chain to anyone who asks!

The wife and I had just came in from Phoenix and hit Besa Mi Taco for dinner on the way home. Service was very good and the food was good also. Certainly had the taste of "Fast Food Mexican". The entire meal just was not there. Not bad, just not exceptional.

Located in the Elk Crossing shopping center, Jersey Mike's Subs has a lot of parking. The staff is efficient and friendly. They have a variety of cold and hot subs, along with wraps and combos. We ordered the #13 (the Original Italian) which came with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami & pepperoni. With the additional toppings, it tasted great.

The wife and I stopped for lunch today and did not get what I had expected. I ordered the Gyro sandwich and the meat was over cooked and dry. The Pita was dry and not fresh. Major disappointment since usually the sandwiches are really good. Can't hit them great all the time! Very good service and clean restaurant.
