It is part of the Greater Toronto Area of southern Ontario, in Canada. It was formed by the amalgamation of the Township of East Gwillimbury with all the previously incorporated villages and hamlets within the township. The main centres in East Gwillimbury are the villages of Holland Landing, Queensville, Sharon, and Mount Albert. The Civic Centre (municipal offices) are located along Leslie Street in Sharon. The northernmost interchange of Highway 404 is at the North edge of East Gwillimbury, just south of Ravenshoe Road. The hamlets of Holt and Brown Hill are also within town limits.

Place is in the middle of a strip mall. You walk up and order and pay. They prepare the food and bring it to you. Our meals were all under $10 each. That included a large piece of fried fish, served on a bed of fries. Slaw on the side and a canned drink. The breading was good. It complemented the fish without overwhelming it. Even though it was fried, it wasnât overly greasy. I would eat there again.

Omg the buns are fresh and toppings fantastic. I get the Reuben, tons of meat choices of cheese and topped with their fantastic coleslaw. Most places in this town are bars with mediocre food. Chen's Chinese food is always consistent and everything I've tried is good! His sweet and sour chicken is the best along with his Singapore noodles and wanton soup. Highly recommend this place over all the others. Large portions and good prices.

Wow! Wing House is easily the best place to eat in Mount Albert. We've had their wings several times and they are always great. Good quick service, easy pickup and takeout. Wing quality exceeds that of the other local places offering wings on their menu. Lots of flavours to choose from and staff are always helpful in letting you know what they consist of. My personal favourite is Smoky Dill. Creamy and with a bit of a kick - absolutely delicious.

A very nice place to stop and have a quick meal outside under the umbrella. The food has consistently been very good. We have found that the portion sizes are generous. The staff are friendly and work hard.
