We stopped at Adobos Mexican Grill for a lunch burrito and a couple of $5.00 margaritas. The food was very good, as the burritos were muy grande. The staff was friendly. The prices are reasonable.

The "steakburger" is a seriously flattened ground beef patty which I'd never encountered (I ordered a double California style) but turns out to really be tasty that way. The shoestring fries were excellent - far better than any number of fast food places we all know of. Your order is made fresh and tastes it. Also enjoyed the chicken tenders on another visit - not overly breaded with moist white meat chicken. Staff was friendly although you do your own pickup of your order. I can see why the call people who go there "Fredheads".

A great addition to Dubuque, this small place has a small but great selection of Chicago and Wisconsin style dogs, brats and sausages. They have all the toppings you need, and are very generous with them. This is a great place for a quick yet delicious lunch.
