Coyhaique (Spanish pronunciation: [koˈʝai̯.ke]), also spelled Coihaique in Patagonia, is the capital city of both the Coyhaique Province and the Aysén Region of Chile. Founded by settlers in 1929, it is a young city. Until the twentieth century, Chile showed little interest in exploiting the remote Aisén region. The Carretera Austral road opened in the 1980s.

Nos gustó mucho este local, llegamos aproximadamente a las 23 horas a pedir algo para picar y para tomar, como entramos antes de las 00 horas no tuvimos que pagar para entrar (luego de esa hora se paga porque es bailable). Pedimos una pichanga caliente la cual estaba rica y super contundente, no la pudimos terminar entre tres. Luego para bailar estaba bien buena la música y el ambiente en general.Considerando la vida nocturna de Coyhaique, este local es de lo mejor que vas a encontrar!

entré sólo de curioso, no me pude resistir a probar trozos de sus pizzas, atención excelente, es un muy buen emprendimiento colombiano. Se recomienda totalmente en la foto se ve el teléfono por el que se puede encargar. Dato adicional, los precios son más que razonables.

Cheap and Cheerful. Huge sandwiches, pretty good value for Coyhaique (around 4000 pesos / $8 USD), and made pretty fast. A really good option if you don't have the time or inclination to go to a restaurant and you just want a good, quick feed.

Delighted to try this new place; the sandwich menu is interesting. Please try "mechada" or "lomo ahumad"o, both excellent. Quite a selection of local and international beers (do try the former).My only complaint is we wanted to end with something sweet and they don't have an desserts on the menu: this is Chile, we need to end with a sweet and coffee. Had to go somewhere else..!

For months we've wanted to try this place because it seems like somebody has had a really good concept. We finally got in and were disappointed. The meal my wife and I shared here was the only food we shared all day and so we're sure they're the culprits. That night and the next day we were both terribly ill. I won't go into details, but we definitely got food poisoning from this place. I suspect the homemade mayonnaise. We won't be going back.

We went to the Confluencia for lunch. The decor of the place is quite loud, and the food is average. I guess that a strong point here is the fact that it has wi-fi, and there's a roofed area for smokers.Its location is central, and close to all banks and shops in Coyhaique.

Called in here after being recommended. Every bit satisfied with the great range of wood fired pizzas on offer. My fave here is the great range of artesanal beer on tap. Try the 9.0% if you're game (no typo there, is 9% cerveza), or be like me and stick to the 5.0% black. If cerveza is your taste, you'll definitely enjoy either. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
