I love DQ and this was my first time in this location (I just moved to the area) and it was so bad, that I can't bring myself to go back and will drive to a further location to enjoy DQ next time. We ordered the regular burgers and they didn't even taste the same as other locations. We were the only customers in the shop, several employees were goofing off behind the counter, yet every table was dirty. We had to wipe our own table. The workspace they prepared food in was also dirty and we noticed one employee wiping the counter with a very dirty looking rag. There were spills on the order counter, straws spilling out of the dispenser, just very messy and unappealing.I realize this is a franchise, and I won't let this bad experience keep me from enjoying DQ at any other location. But I will continue to drive past this one to get to the other one on 190.

Like a slice of Philadelphia grafted into Copperas Cove. Wonderful sandwiches and sides with free parking and Texas friendliness. They also deliver. This is a hidden get. Why patronize a chain store when a mom and pop store that makes better food is available?

We visited in the evening, dined in. We were greeted as we entered. The young lady who took our order was very nice and patient with us. Our food was brought out to our table. Their chicken is very tasty, nicely seasoned and crispy. I love their tea!
