Excellent service. Order at counter. Employees very helpful as this was our first time at Potbelly. Ordered the WRECK with Multi-Grain Bread. This bread was quite different from what I have had previously. It was exceptional. Also had chocolate shake which was really thick.

Haven't been back for a while, had a coupon so went back for the Cheeseburgers and Onion chips which were great as usual. Staff was very polite and our order came out in just few minutes. Also purchased a gift card and received a $5 promo card as well.

Love stopping here after my workout to get a very nutritious protein drink. They also sell very healthy salads and other entrees such as burgers and sandwiches. I can also purchase my supplements here as well so one stop shopping. Staff is always so friendly and nice. Great place to hang out before or after my workout.

I have been a regular at this location. They keep the serving area very clean and are careful not to drop the water beneath the tray when replacing newly filled trays. This is a good hygienic way they manage compared to some other locations. This location is mostly crowded and sitting area needs more attention to keep it neat & clean, management must improve on this. Also during the rush hour there is a lack of coordination amongst workers which slows down the serving times. I love eating here

Stopped here for the first time. It is adjacent to Hudy's Cafe which is already the #1 restaurant in Champlin, MN. This Lil' Bar is very quaint, and it looked like there were alot of regulars there. The owner Melissa was working of course. The menu items were all very appealing. I had the Hamburger Steak dinner and it was very, very good. Great idea for a city like Champlin. Thanks to the Hudy family for bringing it to our city.

Stopped here recently was quite surprised to see that this store was now becoming a Grill and Chill franchisee. The service through the drive-thru window was excellent and the cashier very friendly. I still think the ice cream is over priced but was satisfied with our product on this trip.
