Large pub and a good place to meet other travelers from all over the world.Didn't carry any English beers but the German beer on draught was great.

San Marino is an expensive city for dining but I found this restaurant as quite affordable and their pasta dish was tasty with lots of cheese to go with it. The restaurant also has free wifi and the dining area is quite spacious. The menu was also extensive and affordable .

We came to sit and enjoy some spritzs, which were absolutely perfectly made! The aperitivo selection the brought us was quite large and extensive. Tons of locals and just about every local kid in town was there buying piadas, which unfortunately we did not try, but everyone was devouring them with joy. The piadas are fresh and very cheap. They are also quite popular for their fries. Clean restaurant with extremely friendly staff, and delicious food and drinks in the heart of this historic town--what could be better?

Situated between the two towers it was a good place to stop off and grab a quick snack. The set menu is very good value and the food is served quickly. Friendly staff too who also speak a little English which helps me! Food was OK. Nothing special but still good. A nice visit here.

We made a detour to San Marino on our drive up the coast and after a quick search decided on sandwiches at Il Matterello. It was a great choice. Excellent, quick service and seats available. The sandwiches are on flatbread and similar to a hearty quesadilla. My daughter and I split a delicious prosciutto crudo one and we still didn't finish it all. The friendly, helpful staff delivered a Nutella one the topped off the meal and will guarantee I will pass on my recommendations of this great little shop.

I can't praise L'Angela Veste Piada enough - we were lost, had no idea that the restaurant closed at 9.00pm and finally found it by 9.15pm...........nevertheless, Angela made us welcome, got food out of the stores and fridges and made us the freshest, tastiest salad and bread we have had for a long time!!! This is not a classical restaurant - it's bright, light and cheerful - but the food is good, the staff are great and the prices are fabulous!!! Would definitely go again!!!!
