As you are greeted with the customary line, "Welcome to Moe's!", this location offers a consistent "Moe's" experience with others in the chain. Choose your entree and then add the toppings as you go down the line. Free chips included with every entree, unlike some other similar chains (Chipotle, Qdoba, Baja Fresh)Always fresh quality and lots of choices. Moe's offers usual chicken, steak, pork protein sources, but also has a seasoned tofu option that is helpful for those looking to avoid meat products. Coke Freestyle machine for beverages with a Moe's exclusive "Moe-Rita" margarita-inspired nonalcoholic drink (limeade, lemonade, orange mixture) in regular and diet versions). Recommended for a break from ordinary fast food.

We have gotten take out from here twice recently since one of our family members, who was visiting with us for a few weeks, loves Popeyes. The first time our family member went to pick up the food so I cannot comment on service for that visit. However, I personally went to pick up the food the second time. Service was VERY slow and uninterested in helping the customers. I was waited on, but staff was borderline rude. They were talking amongst themselves and shouting at each other. They were OUT of their mild chicken when I got there & I did NOT want spicy, so I had to wait for it to be cooked. Cashier kept asking the cooks how long it would be. They just shouted at her that when it was done, it would be done & that the customers would just have to wait until it was done! RUDE treatment of a co-worker who was only trying to give the customers an idea of the wait time. I waited for 10-15 minutes for my meal that night....NOT FAST food!Overall, the food has been tasty. Chicken has been seasoned well and was moist inside. Mac-n-cheese was OK. My family likes the red beans and rice. Biscuits are also a fave from Popeyes. Restaurant appeared clean inside. Cusstomer service and speed of service is their downfall here. Bottom Line: Good food, but service needs improvement. I would probably eat here again, but NOT if short on time.

I used to go to this KFC location and the service had always been kind of slow. But the service and food has gotten SO BAD that I don't think I will ever go back. I was in this KFC location probably 6 months ago. I stopped in to get dinner around 915PM on a Friday night after work. Going inside, I walked past what appeared to be a nightshift manager and a cashier (one of them was wearing the drive-thru headset). I went inside and approached the counter. I waited behind another lady who was already there. I saw one cook in the back by himself. Then I saw a cashier walk out from the back and out through the dining room. He met up with the manager and other cashier outside. There were 3 of them outside chatting it up and laughing. Meanwhile, the lady in front of me told me it took her forever to get waited on to place her order herself. After about 10-15 minutes of us standing there together, she shouted, "hello" and no one even acknowledged us. So, I just turned around and walked out. I went to the pizza place in the shopping center instead. I did send an email to corporate about my less than wonderful experience with the Bear KFC that evening. I did get an apology response that said the matter would be addressed.OK, so I decided to give them another try during late lunchtime hours (around 215pm) a few months ago. I went inside and got in line behind a gentleman. He placed his order with the cashier that was standing there & after she took his order--she just walked away. Meanwhile, several people have come in behind me and are standing in line too. I heard one of the employees mention they were out of mashed potatoes--so I'm guessing our ONLY cashier went to make them. After about 10 minutes, the man in front of me turns to me and says, "they're a little slow today". I said, "NO--It's ALWAYS like this!". Again, I turned around and walked out. This time I went to a fast food place near People's Plaza instead. Again, I went home and sent an email to corporate, but this time I got NO response.Alright, so I was really craving their mashed potatoes and gravy last night. So, I figured I would give them one last try. This time I decided to try the drive-thru since you can't seem to get waited on in the dining room. AND you could see there was a LONG line in the dining room. We went through the drive-thru at 8:44pm last night (Monday night). There was 1 car in front of us and it was waited on within 5 minutes. We pulled up & I ordered a large mashed potato with gravy and a crispy snacker plain. Within about 5 minutes of sitting at the window, my order was handed through the window. I checked my order for accuracy and we were off. As we drove away, we noticed the line in the dining room had barely moved IF it had moved at all!!Now the cake topper...I get home and opened these mashed potatoes and gravy that I have been craving for months. They were disgusting! They were VERY lumpy and pasty. Not to mention they tasted like perfume. I told my husband that they tasted weird, so he tried them. He said he thought that the perfume-taste was actually hand soap. So, I don't know IF they didn't get one of the dishes all the way clean OR if someone who works there contaminated the mashed potatoes with their perfume. But they were plain gross. I can't believe I paid $2.99 for pasty, lumpy, perfumed-up mashers. YUK!! AND my snacker was dried out. So, it was not even edible.NEVER again. IF you want BAD SLOW service--then you've found the right place. Food used to be good back in the day, but what I got last night was inedible. KFC's slogan--"UNthink. Taste the UNhungry side of KFC". Well, they got that right. Once you taste it, you won't be hungry anymore. Bad food and bad service does seem to work wonders and kill your appetite!!
