I got there with friends for a lunch break. This type of place, i.e. Bosnian fast food, varies a lot in quality. There is similar offering just 50m away, in the passage that goes from the street across the mosque towards the Faculty of EE. I usually go there, but this time got persuaded by friend. I must say that I was very disappointed. It had the smell of burned and stale vegetable oil. My friend apologised that it was great the last time he was there, but I will not pay them a visit again. I'll keep to the other place nearby. Not recommended.
I've coming at this place at least twice a week for couple of years and still haven't written a review. It's an error I must correct now! This place deserves it.It's a typical Bosnian fast food: pite and burek. For uneducated, pita is traditional pastry with different fillings: cheese, potatoes, zucchini, or anything else. Burek, on the other hand is the same pastry, but filled with minced meat. This place has a specialty, burek filled not with minced, but chopped meat. "Pod sacem" means that it is baked in a special pan covered with burning charcoal. It gives it special aroma and taste. You can also see it how it is cook as it is right in fromt of you as you enter shop. That's the reason why it is hot inside since it is as if you are sitting in from of the giant fireplace! In winter it gives the pleasant warmth, but in summer it is boiling hot!Fortunately, when you take a look and satisfy your tourist curiosity, you can find a place outside and enjoy the food. It is really a must in Bosnia to try burek and this is the perfect exemplary for that. Plus, it is fast food, so you will not be waiting for it, and it is dead cheap, typically 4-5 marks for burek and yogurt (2-2.5 euros).Locals come here for brekfast or lunch break, so it can be pretty packed between 10am and 12am.

If you don't have much time but still want to have a good meal while in Banja Luka Pizza Cat is definitely place for that. They have pizzas, pasta, sandwiches, salads, etc. It is affordable and staff is very friendly and helpful. It is located not far from the "shopping mall" Boska so it is quite easy to find it. I ate in several places in Banja Luka and this is definitely place I would eat again at.

Godinama narucujem pice iz Venecije. Moji favoriti su Dajak, Venecija i Tonno. Gospodin Drazen (mislim da se tako zove) je najljubazniji dostavljac u BL.
