We were there about a week ago. And the Place was very nice. We got the food under fifteen minutes and the pizza was very good and chicken meal was very good too. There is not lot of choices in Sotkamo. This might be the one of the best restaurants.

We visited restaurant friday evening. It was almost full. It is good to reserve table beforehand as we did. Service was friendly. We took Hunters Gourmet Bread which was served also gluten-free as all the dishes upon request. All the dishes are also lactose free. We liked our meal and it was big enough after skiing. For dessert we took local Huuskola Vanilla Ice Cream which was good and again they noticed our gluten-free wishes. The view from the restaurant is good, you can see ski slopes nearby.

In the Sokos Hotel Vuokatti. There is also restaurant Amarillo, but this is the place to be. Excellent local style food! Best in Vuokatti.

I visited Kippo with my family at evening time. We really enjoyed the service, food and atmosphere. I tasted deer vorsmack as starter and reindeer as main menu. Can recommend both of them. Emännän Menu were tasteful, too. Youngest one liked mashed potatoes and sausage. Kippo was peaceful, a feeling of an old finnish savupirtti. If you travel to Vuokatti, this restaurant is worth to visit.
