Great food and great nightlife. The area really needed something like this. The food is really good and the drinks are great. Make sure you arrive before 9 like the website says because thatâs when the kitchen closes. Hope this restaurant does well and stays open forever. Many languages spoken here so you get a feeling everyone is welcome. :) Thank you very much for your review, we appreciate that a lot:)

Accomodation and Restaurant: Fishermen's cottages/ cabins for 2 to 7 people. Private toilet, shower and kitchen at all. Restaurant/Pub: We want to showcase the best of Lofoten. Nature, mountains and sea - not to mention the great food - fish! Restaurant w
We were a party of 8 visiting the Lofoten-islands, and stopped by Kræmmervika Havn for a bite to eat. The restaurant itself was not opened just yet, but we enjoyed some lovely Norwegian vaffler (waffles), coffee, soft drinks and ice cream outside in the sun. Wonderful scenery! Thanks for having us.
Svolvaer did not seem to offer a lot of breakfast options but we found Kringla online and were happy with our choice. Coffee was decent and rolls were hearty. We even got a couple hardboiled eggs at no charge. Restaurant is located in the center of town near the main hotels and an easy walk if you're farther from the downtown in the nearby rorbuers.

Lofoten Tourist Center is a small heart in Lofoten. Lofoten Turistsenter serve a traditional buffet with norwegian traditional food to a reasonable price. We also have cabin rental and conference rooms to rental
We had lunch at Kafe Lofoton while in the Lofotons. The food was delicious and abundant. The fish was excellent. The service most friendly and accommodating. My wife has a severe gluten allergy and the staff took the problem in stride. She was even able to have dessert. In summary, well worth a visit.

We stayed here for dinner bed and breakfast, sleeping in the old fisherman's cabins (rorbuer) and eating in the nearby 'fisherman's hall'. Stunningly beautiful location - like most rorbuer in Lofoten. Authentic, charmingly simple cabins - the others we stayed in at other places were more luxurious and modern, but these had a special feel to them. Clean, tasteful, modern high quality bathroom. Fellow guests felt we had been crammed into a cabin too small for us so the other cabin could be let out and they were rather cross - who knows, something was a bit odd. The staff all declared themselves to be volunteers - also odd, what sort of arrangement is operating here? We were part of a group and ate in the 'reception' building, rather like a community hall, also slightly odd. The food was simple and varied in quality, part delicious, part too authentic for a foreign tourist's taste buds. The place is a conundrum and a good look at the website confuses me more with its pictures of semi-naked women draped over the rorbuer. My advice to the owner is to make the 'offer' clearer.
Nice ambience and very pretty cafe inside. Coffee was good for Norwegian standards. We had a lasagna and chicken pasta salad which were quite good. Wifi was a nice inclusion.Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it. Welcome back on another occasion :)

We had to wait for the ferry for a couple of hours so we stayed at the Skjaerbrygga for Apéro and dinner. Awesome food (mussels and king crab Yummmy!) and very friendly service! With some wine the waiting hours for the ferry were over in seconds :-)

The room was perfect for this kind of venue. Located in the chef`s own backyard. The chef did an exellent job entertaining us and telling us about the food.

Gordon Ramsay would not be pleased. It looked great but oh how the turn tables. Two out of four entrees were unavailable to US (a couple who came later got the mussels that we had been told were sold out). It was only 9pm, what do they serve at closing time? Dust mites? The lamb was saltier than Trumpâs Twitter, and we never got our cheese plate. The waitresses were doing their best but like ... save your cash also just because this was written casually doesnât mean Iâm not serious - lol this place was kinda butt.
