Unfortunately we had dined the night before in another superb local restaurant so this was always going to have a difficult comparison. The sole which I had was good and very reasonably priced, and on the whole the food was good, but service rather slow, and they could just generally make a bit more effort.

Open now for a couple years, this place is consistently warm friendly and welcoming. The food is good and there is a nice wine list. They use a number of local products, vegetables and bread that are great. If you are in the area be sure to stop in for a meal.

What can one say? Great sea-food, well prepared and delicious, served with pride by extremely obliging and helpful staff. Eating here in such lovely surroundings is a joy. I hope to return.

Lovely small bistro, nice atmosphere. Food excellent, I had brochette of scallops, perfectly cooked. The pizzas are lovely as well. Staff very efficient and friendly.Will visit again. Real gem!

This is the restaurant of a good hotel in the very attractive town of Tréguier. It offers an inexpensive lunch menu on week days which we were unable to try and we had to take the Sunday lunch menu. Everything was good, including the service, but nothing was really remarkable. With one glass of wine each and water, the bill was around 120 euros. It is not clear that the cooking is better than in the La Clarté restaurant of Perros Guirec which lost its Michelin star sometime ago but to try to understand the inconsistencies of the Michelin guide is beyond ordinary mortals.

Ate here on a stopover in Treguier. It is very popular with the locals! Possible to sit in a courtyard at the back or inside. Good selection of pizzas and not the 'traditional' selection, pizzas named things like 'Ronnie Biggs' and 'Billy the Kid'. I had the Billy the Kid and it was very good. Service was very friendly and the wine by the pichet was excellent value for money. Cost was about 35 euros a head. We would liked to have eaten there again but sadly only had one night in Treguier.

Arrived early for an interview at local college. After looking at several menus at different restaurants we choose the Auberge du Tregor. Went for the 10.50⬠play, good choice of dishes. Both of us had the roast pork tenderloin n pepper sauce, it was wonderful.On arrival we were greeted warmly and service was very good.On the table next to us were 4 other Brits and they also seemed to have enjoyed their meals as well.

Myi husband and our friend chose a set menu, but I only wanted one course, so chose the moules with an option of sauces.The two chaps chomped their way through a lovely starter, a buckwheat tagliatelle, with white cheese and fish.....with the obligatory gorgeous French bread and butter. Then time for the main course.....my moules mariniere was beautifully served, with fires...the boys had steak, equally beautifully presented.Sadly our friend, who has many health issues was unwell, our hostess was fantastic, really empathetic, understanding, even amended the bill deducting the boys desserts, as we needed to get our friend back home PDQ.However, we intend to be back for lunch next week, and back on Friday for dinner,,,, with some friends .....so in conclusion, the food was excellent, the service fantastic, the empathy and understanding given the circumstances unblelieveable, so thank you for everybody concerned.

Itâs always good to return somewhere and find your positive impressions confirmed. So coming back to Le 5 after a year could have been an anti-climax but wasnât; despite being the only customers for lunch on market day (hard to understand) we left very satisfied. Their formula works well, offering a single menu with variations - so three courses for 30 euros, the possibility of two at lunchtime for 22 euros, and a couple of specials for a 5 euro supplement. The food was again imaginative, clever, quite beautifully presented, and worthy of greater recognition from Michelin. Hard to pick out particular plates, because the tartellete of sardines was gorgeous and both the cod and the fillet of sole main courses quite outstanding. Very pretty desserts from a chef who likes moulds!Sadly, the wine list lacks a bit of variety but on the other hand it is kept cheap (nothing much above 25 euros) and the wines are good examples of their varieties. An excellent Oc Viognier tasted very fine and was worth more than we paid. This place really is worth the visit if youâre in this area - you wonât eat as well for so little very often.
