Refused to serve asian chinese without a good reason. We read about the reviews and decided to go there for dinner with 2 other friends. It wasn't busy and there's at least 4 tables available but the owner refused to serve us the minute he saw we're asian. Extremely racist!Hier soir je vous ai dit que nous étions complet même si il y avait des tables non occupé dehors à l'heure où vous vous êtes présenté mais elles étaient réservé. Comment osez vous dire que nous sommes RACISTES !!!!! Le fait que vous soyez asiatique ou pas ne changé rien quand nous sommes complet on arrête de servir

My husband and I came to Toulon for a week and found this little gem ! The 'plat du jour' blinis burger d'andouillette and its mustard sauce was just to die for. This really made us feel in France ! The service was warm and the owner, Jean-Marc, was extremely friendly which is not always the case in all french restaurants ! If we ever stop by Toulon again, we'll be sure to come back.

Based on a recommendation from friends who had eaten there twice the previous weekend, we booked for a Saturday night. Very warm welcome from the lass running front of house. Interesting but limited-choice (a good thing) menu. Obviously a skilled chef in the kitchen - clever food, perfectly cooked and presented. Good wine list at reasonable prices - stick to the local brews.

We were browsing the Michelin guide and found this restaurant. While there are no Michelin star restaurants in Toulon, this one is quite nice.The entry is rather small, as is the whole dining room, and there really aren't that many tables, so we think a reservation is usually a good idea. There is one server and she is very charming and helpful.This was our first experience with a restaurant like this. We're used to much deeper menus and teams of service staff. This seems to be a restaurant of one chef and one server. Still, the experience is quite pleasing. We were neither rushed not held waiting.All our courses arrived elegantly plated, perhaps a bit over-elaborate. In some cases, this disguised a particularly meager portion. Still, every preparation was nicely seasoned, well-prepared and complimented. While there were questions, there were never problems.The wine pairings were appropriately complimentary. We liked that the server asked our preferences while she was selecting accompaniments for us. The server also chatted with us about the restaurant and the menu. Apparently, the menu is seasonal and stays fixed for each season, after which it changes. Since there are basically four mains on the menu, you wouldn't be able to try something different too many times before the menu switches. Still, the prices are reasonable and the Prix fixe is an acceptable option, for a fine dining restaurant.This nice little bistro seems to have plenty of repeat customers as some people come very casually dressed and sit as though they're reading the morning paper. At the end of the evening, we were thanked by the owners which is a nice touch.Overall, we were pleased and would be delighted to return, but it's not the kind of full-service full-price operation that one normally encounters in this echelon.

Fantastic little restaurant down a narrow street. The food does all the talking. I had some beautiful fish and my partner had steak tartare which was also excellent.Service was great too. About â¬15 for a main course.

We wanted to host a dinner with customers, and asked our hotel concierge for a non-tourist restaurant with good food. Nos Amis was a great suggestion for our dinner!We sat on an outdoor terrace (the indoor dining area was small, and with beautiful weather no one was seated inside), under umbrellas. The tables were casual style (no white table cloths), and the ambiance was relaxed. The food was excellent, and the service was good, allowing us to take our time. We had Starters, Entrees and Dessert, and everything was enjoyable. The wine list was not extensive, but the wines offered were great!

Friendly waiter, quick service and wide range of dishes on the menu. Nice view on the beach. Interior decoration is great, especially the toilet. Will definitely go back.

Cannot say any thing about the food as we did not get past the door. Our hotel had booked for us (did check that), but presumably they had a better offer. Poor.Hello, sorry but the hotel did a réservation but you have arrived, you didn't say your name. that the hotel had a reservation = So this evenight the restaurant was full with your reservation. We are very desapointed but il 's not necessary write " they had a better offer" it'is not true. Our english is not very good . See you another time. Léa & fred , sincerely.
