We were a party of 9 and shared hot and cold antipasti ranging from various cheese and prosciutto to home cook mashed potatoes with truffles. All was delicious! House wine was good too. Half the party was full after the antipasti, few people ordered pasta and it was equally good. Also a great value.

The fish and the risotto are well cooked. The taste is really nice and the price is excellent (we have spent 60 euros among four people) we took 2 portions of olive ascolane, 2 risotto with seafruits (300 gr!!!!) two portions of mussels and grilled fish.4 stars because they brougth all the dishes together so the grilled fish became cold.Consigliato!

Birreria Alpen Rose is in Alba Adriatica, Abruzzo. The restaurant has a Germanic theme, especially in regards to the Alps. Birreria Alpen Rose is a full service restaurant/pizzeria/bar and has everything including desserts. This restaurant is open during the late afternoons till early morning and is a main go to stop for vacationers. Overall, the Birreria Alpen Rose is a must stop in Alba Adriatica.

A typical irish pub where you can drink a lot of good craft-beers, eat delicious hamburgers, pizza 'n' steakhouse in the center of Alba Adriatica.
We were here for an early dinner by Italian standards. The staff was super friendly and the service was prompt. They had a large selection of beers so I ordered a Harps...ahhh! My indication of a good restaurant is if I he kids find what they want to eat and they did and they cleaned their plates!!!

Very welcoming staff found us an excellent table on a very busy Friday evening. A very good range of local wines at reasonable prices. The menu delivers on the restaurant's promise, typical local dishes. We had much fun over a confusion in orders which resulted in one person not getting their main course. This mistake was more than compensated for by the reaction of the staff and management. The restaurant is a short taxi ride from the Lido, but there are also regular buses. The mood is very different to the informal seaside eating places.

I found ristorante Arca listed in the guide book L'Espresso with a very high rating and decided to check it out. The restaurant is located in the center of Alba Adriatica on the main street which ends on the Lungomare and shares a mid block location with an enoteca of the same name. Massimiliano, the chef and his brother run a tight ship with both a seafood and "terra" menu. My 3 friends all tried the seafood and were blown away by the Brodetto and the baccala' while I spoiled myself with a thinly sliced elegant pork dish with "Patanegra" pork from the Jamon Iberico region of Spain. I have never seen this in another restaurant in Italy, although I am sure you might find it in a starred restaurant in Milan, Rome of Florence. The service was impeccable with the chef taking everyone's orders and answering questions or advising you on choices which will delight your palate. His brother is at the ready with a nicely selected wine list with options from around the world, but the majority from the neighboring Abruzzo vineyards. Fresh breads arrive at the table with the amuse bouche and the tranquil, simple, but elegant ambience help make for a wonderful evening!
