Everything about a visit to Konoba Toni is first rate from the setting in the lovely old hamlet to the excellent food. The restaurant is very old and has a wonderful period charm to the interior. Wines, spirits, cheese and hams are made on site and many of the ingredients used in the food are home grown or from very local sources. The proprietor, family and staff are very friendly and pleased to help with the choice of food. We had the âspecialâ of the day which was a very good goulash, preceded by home cured prosciutto and cheese. A chat with the kitchen staff and owner confirmed their commitment to simple but outstanding food. Something which has been lost by some of the more sophisticated, shall we say, chefs.

Roso Bar & Restaurant is a true summer getaway destination on the island of Brach. If you are looking for the best wood fired pizza and grill, light pasta dish, late night cocktail or a beach side fruit platter, just come to Roso's! We are open daily from
Stopping for pizza in Brac near the waterfront, the waiter said he was closed. Asked who had the best pizza, he (and he his buddy) instantly said Roso, so off we went. It was pretty good. Read on for details. Located a short walk from the water front, Roso has a great indoor/outdoor space with a modern decor. As we were the only two people in the restaurant at 4pm (well past lunch and too early for dinner), the one waiter gave us his full attention and we had our 2 pizzas in no time.First point: one pizza would have been enough for the two of us. Both pizzas were solid with a uniform, hand-rolled crust that had a good crisp. The topping was too heavy for my taste but on point for my daughter. The mushroom pizza was generously topped with mushroom and the 4-cheese pizza generously topped with...wait for it...cheese. The local Croatian Merlot served by the glass was disappointing. If you like your sauce/cheese layer on the heavier side, on a crisp medium-thick crust, you will probably enjoy Roso more than I did

Really a rare place where they get everything right - products, taste, presentation, service, decoration, atmosphere. No refinement, don't get me wrong - products are fresh local fish, meat and vegetables, cooking is in rustic Italian style, presentation is large plates and shabby casserols, service is with a salted islander's joke. Decoration is a tiny square and a simple street of old stone houses, one of the few places in Supetar without seaview. Atmosphere is of a place where people for many years are having wonderful dinners. Everything we had was from good to excellent - not a single mediocre dish for five visits. And yes, they do the best fried potato I had ever have.

We came for family lunch. We booked table which I recommend you to do, therefore we had nice table in deep shade.Food was delicious home made. For starter I recommend home cheese. Fantastic!!Soup was like my motherâs.Meet from grill was good. They are not offering to wide choice of vines, but local wine is very good.If you are coming to Postira this restaurant is the must.

We offer you an astonishing view and absolutely delicious food which is prepared on an outdoor fireplace! It's an amazing taste of a true mediteranian atmosphere!
After leaving another local restaurant due to terrible service (no service) this restaurant was a great find. Our waitress Metka was so helpful, attentive and friendly advising us on local specialities and the provenance of the local food. Both the sea bass and salmon were excellent served with fresh salad, local vegetables and the crispest potato fries. The portions were large and well cooked.Would highly recommend as a great place worth eating at.Thank you very much for dining with us at Dvor and for taking the time to write us such a lovely review.I'm glad you had an exceptional dinner and received great service.I will definitely share your compliments with the team. We're looking forward to your next visit already.Kind regards,Metka B.

we had grilled lamb that was very very good. I always try it when in Croatia and that was one of the best. Thank you. Pork with mushrooms and risotto with dried tomatoes and shrimps were also very good. We will definitely visit this place again and we recommend it

Lovely setting, wry friendly hosts.. loved the welcome with Lemoncello or Grappa.. then it went downhill.. food service ok, food ok at best, portions small.. mussels are fresh not farmed so come with full beards.. in summary pricey for what it is, circa 50% more than other similar pmaces

What makes tavern Kopacina so unique, is original BraÄ cuisine, especially BraÄ lamb specialties. Sheep s cheese, skuta, genuine BraÄ Â«vitalac», and famous lamb on a spit are some of our best specialties. All sorts of âpekaâ meals, international meat dish
This was the best meal we had on Brac. It is worth the trip to the small town of Donji Humac. We had a platter for 2 with four kinds of grilled meat - pork, lamb, veal and beef, garnished with grilled vegetables, risotto with mushrooms and a side of French fries. It was simply delicious, the meat was so tender it melted in your mouth. Prices are really good for what you get and to have an idea, we paid almost half the price for a beer, compared to Bol.

GospodnetiÄ family will walk you through the history of the house, while a home-made, authentic cuisine will offer a unforgettable gourmet delight. Dol and renaissance konoba are the perfect choice for everyone who wants to taste real and authentic Dalmat
My girlfriend and I visited here for a late lunch one beautiful Tuesday afternoon. Her family is from the island but weâd never visited this restaurant. We drove an hour to get there and were not disappointed. I had the vegetarian risotto, maybe the best risotto Iâve ever had, so light and fresh, and my girlfriend had the grilled fish. She loved it and wont stop going on about the cute eggplant and potato side. The appetizers were great, the desserts were delicious, we had the orange cake and the hrapoÄuÅ¡a cake and both were so good and the wine was great too. We bought another bottle as a gift as we left. The location is beautiful and the view is perfect. Weâve agreed to come back here at least once for every visit to Brac. Take a tour through the house too if you can, itâs nice.
