Historical bistrot of Novi Ligure. European storic cuisine. Cocktail Bar, selected Wine, local "Gavi Shire"'s wine, Rum, whisky and Liquors. Tea and coffee room
In the center of the town, this restaurant brings a touch of fantasy and a great selection of artesan beers -- over 600 labels. There are different rooms, each of them dedicated to a famous writer, thus the 'ristorante letterario' name. The food is mainly based on typical ingredients, re-elaborated with a touch of... magic!

We were looking for a local restaurant close to the Seravalle Outlets that served steak. We had to have our fassone beef before we left Italy. We found Furia's on Trip Advisor with a 4.5 rating. All the reviews were in Italian so I figured, it must be very local. We walked in at 7:30 and it was empty. Doubt started to creep in but we were tired and hungry so we were ready to plunge in. All I could understand on the menu was hamburger! Oh no! A waiter comes and asks us if we needed help with the menu and when we said yes, he whips out his smartphone and uses google to translate! How cool is that. We finally get our order sorted out and we end up with one of our best dinners this trip. Delicious fasonne steak, a plate of 3 types of cheese that were grilled and served warm and a huge bowl of salad. It was all delicious. And the best news, with wine, it came to less than 30 euro per person. The place is not fancy but the service is warm and friendly. By the time we left, all the seats were taken.

Deco follows the culinary philosophy of offering its guests home-made products, the regional gastronomic tradition, obtained following the normal passage of time, and using cuscinando always so fresh and in season. The recipes are simple and the dishes ar
We really enjoyed the very tasteful anti pasta, great pasta an perfect tiramisu (I even had a special one with strawberries!). And for very friendly prices. Would certainly recommend this place, especially if you like a special beer: you should try the 'Kwak' beer (although not Italian) which they serve here, you will remember it ;-)

The Relais Villa Pomela carries a Michelin recommendation sticker on the front door so we naturally assumed that dinner here would be something nice. The restuarant is cramped and we had hoped we could have been seated outside. No such luck however.Teh wine we ordered was not available, som another was suggested. This was howver not what we wnated so we selected a different wine and without asking this as exchanged with our consent for what they said was "similar". When we discovered this the mâitre'd tried manyy excuses before he understood we knew what we were talking about and then suggested we could have something else (better) for the same price, as a compensation. We accepted but were a little sceptical after our previous bottles. This third bottle was OK.The food was served promptly, but because of the mishap teh wine was served well after each course was served. Naturally the staff was stressed about situation but because it was so poorly managed we felt that the dinner was not worth the cost.

When the locals travel far to come to this restaurant for their special occasions you know it's going to be good. The food was amazing, creative and well worth the higher prices. In the summer make sure to sit on the balcony overlooking their vineyards. Very romantic

Beautiful and quite place, up on a hill, surrounded by vineyards.A nice old liberty style villa which belonged to an aristocratic Genovese family, now refurbished and transformed into hotel & restaurant. The atmosphere is relaxed although very elegant, the service is excellent, with smart recommendations for food and wine pairing. The food is typical Italian, from Piemont, with a twist. Fresh and savory! The wines' selection is wonderful , among which one can find Tenuta Bollina own's wines. We tried a nice sparkling and afterwards an extraordinary Dolcetto d'Alba and a Langhe.Prices are very friendly.
