It was so eye-catching menu on the list so that i finally decided to try this menu. I was kinda excited to taste and see how it looked like. The meat was so fine and soft and it tasted me like hungarian gulasch and suited to indonesian cuisine "rendang" but not really hot and without coconut milk. The noodle which is spätzle was really good cooked. I could eat it all till the last bite, i'm actually not a big fan of red cabbage but the red cabbage tastes different if you mix together. The cook has tried hard to make it warm so that we feel like being home and it was brought right from the kitchen.I tried the red wine conte di campiano primitivo di manduria from Italy which costed around â¬20 and was really good as the companion. The design of the restaurant is good, intimate, romantic candle light dinner. But i was a bit unhappy as we got there, there weren't so many people maybe because of the location. But if you want to try something "westfalen" this could be your choice in Detmold.

Situated next to the Appartementhotel Blomberger Hof, the Weinstube Reblaus has the potential to serve this accommodation as well as the neighbouring towns and villages. The owners have tastefully restored this old farm building into a chic restaurant and bar. About eleven of us went to dine there. Menu is not overly extensive, concentrating mainly on steaks and Flammkuchen (German equivalent of pizza). For simplicity we all opted for Flammkuchens of various toppings. This is where the evening went downhill. The Flammkuchens could only be delivered to the table two at a time. The whole meal dragged out for over one and a half hours. By the time the last seafood Flammkuchen arrived it was raw in the middle. Sent back to the kitchen it returned still doughy and cold in the centre. We were the only diners in the restaurant so one can only imagine how long the 'dining experience' would have lasted otherwise. Sorry, loved the building, ambience and location but the service was amateurish.

I think this restaurant specialises in Schnitzel. They do it very well. Served with fries, salad, veges, - very large portions. Grilled fish was served with boiled potatoes and spinach. They don't have a menu in English, and the waiters only have limited English, so there was a bit of guesswork involve in ordering, but they are very professional and friendly. For three main courses, one entrée and one dessert, one coffee, two glasses of wine and a bottle of water, the total cost was 75 euros. We couldn't eat it all and they packaged the leftovers for us to take home. The restaurant is very clean.
Bedienung sehr nett. Ein schöner Abend

The town is a bit bedraggled, but this place still uses linennapkins and candles. The menu is a bit to voluminous, opt for fish or pasta to have a decent meal
On a lonely rainy Sunday night we were looking for a restaurant in Steinheim. There is not much there. Luckily we found Szenario. A modern outfit location, with modern light effects, etc. A cafe bistro restaurant with a huge menu choice. Besides traditional German food they have nice things like Ofen Kartoffel in a wide variety of tastes. The service is adequate and personal. Mainly a bit older ladies, who were professional. The food is served quickly. You can have a dinner easily within one hour. The preparation and decoration of the food is OK, the ingredients are not so super. My potatoe for example was not so tasty. In the sauces and dressings are a bit over the top; in my opinion too much. The prices are OK. We have four mains, four drinks and four coffees for EUR 65. If you are looking for something quick and good in Steinheim I like to recommend Szenario.

Finding an open restaurant in Blomberg on Monday evening was not easy. As it was a rather long way to walk we tried to check the menu on internet. But only found traces on facebook that we not are members of and never will be. But as the choice was between waiting for a seat in a foul-smelling Italian restaurant near the hotel or dinner in an ice-cream parlour we accepted the walk. (we went back to for ice-creams) and the walk made us even more hungry. With some help we found the Adria restaurant and were seated. After some waiting time we got a menu. The restaurant is rather small but didnât feel cramped and it is very clean. Friendly staff, good beer, hearty and well prepared food of large portions followed by a shot of Slivovits and a free shot of something sweet made it a good dinner experience.

Been there several times in November 2015 for dinner with family and friends. Interior looks very nice and cozy and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Food was extraordinary each time, especially pizzas and lasagnas. Really top italian restaurant in Blomberg. Highly recommended!
