A friend and I ate here one evening, we were staying near by. We were pleasantly welcomed and offered seating options. We ordered a mixed meat dish for 2, it was delicious, well cooked and tender. The food and atmosphere were excellent, highly recommend.

Restaurant Mamma Mia locates in the centre of Bad Lauterberg. The ristorante & pizzeria is manages by a family from Sicilia. The restaurant is a customary small-town pizzeria establishment. The menu is common Italian dishes. The pizzerias can be had at the restaurant or take out. Decoration and table decoration give the restaurant a no-nonsense ambiance. Ristorante Mamma Mia restaurant has a impressive terrace at the rear side of. Staffs are friendly and service is adequate. Parking next door. We came on a weekday and the place was quiet. Nonetheless the food was tasty. We recommend Ristorante Mamma Mia to anyone who seeks OK food at an acceptable price.

Sehr nette Inhaber, tolles Essen, sehr schöne Lage. Auf Wunsch wird hier auch ein Shuttleservice angeboten, ansonsten erreicht man das Restaurant auch über den Baudenstieg, was etwas körperlich anstrengend ist, aber was einem da oben erwartet lohnt sich!

The menus are all in German so you may need a dictionary to translate, but the food is excellent and well presented. A large beer is 4.20 euros, and main courses consisting of pork schnitzel, chicken, pork medallions cost 14.50, 15.00 and 15.50 euros respectively.

Visited this quaint town and noticed this little gem. We LOVED the food, restaurant was very clean and decorated nicely...service was friendly without being obtrusive. Definitely would come back!!!!
The Balkan Grill is a must-stop for every trip through the Harz. Tasty eastern European dishes like Muckalicka (a spicy pork goulash served with egg) are balanced with rich red wines of Croatia. Top off your meal with an icy shot of the local Schierker Feuersteiner. Family Markov does not disappoint.

Balkan Grill features eastern European cuisine. This family run restaurant serves up cevapcici, steaks and chops, and meatballs. Sauces range from creamy to spicy. Certain meals come with a spicy Hungarian salsa on the side. Plavac is an incredible deep red Hungarian wine that seems to complement everything. English is definitely a second language, here, but servers are attentive and intuitive. It always works.

food very average, possibly prepared a day beforehand. but a simple order was lost twice , no drinks for 25 minutes and the main course was incomplete. Side orders appeared and were forgotten twice, finally arrived when we were leaving

During our stay in st Andreasberg we ate at Fischer twice. The Ukrainian soup i can especially recomand. The schnitzel plates are good and large, the hexenmix (or something similar, a spicy mix of meat and maize in a sauce with patatoes) is also very, very good. The athmosphere is relaxed, the service is friendly and the prices tiny. But then this goes for all of Andreasberg.
