We went to this restaurant with a friends and we really enjoy it!Food was fresh and simple,we really like the deeping souces.Location is nice, the only think than made us consern was the smell of fry oil in the room.We certanly be back. ;)

This is a small and deservedly busy restaurant. Booking in advance is advised. As a first course I had delicious soup with pasta. The main course of swordfish was superbly cooked and bursting with flavour. The strawberry tart was a perfect conclusion to the meal. As you might expect the wine selection is extensive and of very high quality. The best restaurant I have found in the city.

Every time i go to Brussels i go to the lobster house last year i was there and enjoyed a lot . This year too i was there and i had some mussels and the manager David as alway is there to do a good service Definitely im going back if i go to Brussels again

Me and a couple of friends went here for our last night in Brussels and it was by far the best experience we had. The food was absolutely delicious, we loved everything, especially their speciality âRossiniâ. The waitresse was very friendly and definitely enhanced our experience there, we felt wholeheartedly welcomed there. Their wine list is very impressive and gives you a wide vary to choose from. We strongly recommend going there for a beautiful evening with delicious food

Four business colleagues met here during Labelexpo 2019 and enjoyed a thoroughly pleasant evening. Our food and wine was excellent and the service quiet, efficient and beyond reproach. Strangely, we all ordered the same dishes! The beef tartare was tough-chopped rather than being fine, as I like it. The flavour was rich and warm. We all followed with the excellent wild sea bass while for dessert most of us had the selected Belgium cheeses. Donât ask about the wines! Excellent but we had too much. Thanks for a great evening

The food is standard. Had to send back my steak three times to have it cooked properly, ended up having my fillet cooked well done to make it easy. We like to try the best restaurants when we visit different cities and Le Rabassier is one of Brussels' best.It's menu is choice of four degustation/ tasting menus for various fixed prices. We chose the second one at â¬90 each. Each menu contains similar dishes with the differences being the number of dishes increasing with each step in price.The food was excellent and the wine list extensive.While it was excellent in quality we found the flavours quite strong in some of the dishes (mainly the Parmesan )which took from our total enjoyment.My favourite was the venison which was sooo tender and delicious.It is a small venue with seating for 20 and there was 16 on our night. Making a reservation would be advisable The service was impeccable. Highly recommended

Tonton Garby gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived at his restaurant. We helped us choose our sandwiches and was very thorough in explaining the ingredients. Theyâre very generous with the cheese and meats so the sandwiches are very tasty. I loved #7. We went back to eat there again after a week and I was surprised that he recognized me (despite serving hundreds of customers in a day) and said âI never forget a smileâ

A family restaurant. Home made pasta made with Love. The most delicious tasting pasta I have ever had. Silvana the daughter gave her recommendations which included two specials her mother makes in the kitchen. Tonight a black squid with shrimp and a porcini with spec. My husband and I shared both and loved every bite. We finished the meal with tiramisu...delish!

Arrived on a cold and wet Belgian evening, hungry and a little frustrated having lost our bearings. Found this place using Google maps and we were not disappointed. Reasonable priced and a typical brasserie menu my husband had the Brussels stew and I had the marinaded brochette (beautiful flavour), both with fries. Both dishes were great and previous reviews have been right the fries are lovely!Definitely recomendMany thanks for your kind advice.See you next time in Brussels maybe?Best regardsAude
