The restaurant's outside area is a bit packed but acceptable. But candle light dinner might not be adequate. BUT the quality and appearance of their food is excellent. Very good wine list and a wide range of various dishes. Even the pizzas are mouth licking good. Prices: adequate and affordable.

We found this place purely by chance whilst wandering around the cobbles streets after our chosen restaurant was fully booked. It was so good we went back several nights later!We were a party of 8, we were seated quickly on both occasions (at the same table-which the children loved!) and all our food, on both visits, was delicious. We sampled lasagne, pizzas, carbonara, and the chicken curry-which was a particular favourite!The service was excellent, we couldnât fault it and the food was delicious. Every morning I take my dog for a walk and we both enjoy visiting this place. I have my regular coffee and my dog enjoys the attention she gets from the patrons,Laid back and can a bit noisy with traffic passing by right along the terrace.

Mid refreshment at Pepperoni this morning and a staff member comes out with a bucket of soapy water and throws it on the terrace and starts pushing it about with a squeegee, another member of staff appears from indoors with a lit cigarette hanging from her mouth. Begrudging service, in a dirty establishment, no wonder this place is devoid of customers and what a shame as this is such a new establishment, the entire area was transformed for this sort of business and itâs sad to see it failing.

Glad we got here early as it filled up very quickly. A short menu with fresh ingredients cooked beautifully. The best chocolate fondant I have ever had! The house wine was perfectly ok and well-priced. Welcoming staff and cosy atmosphere. Looking forward to my return visit!

After the ownership has changed we were not sure what to expect and waited few months before visiting the place. And... what a great surprise! It has not only kept all the positives from the past, but added a lot of fresh notes and superb ideas. Very creative, imaginary cuisine, superbly presented. Fresh, savory compositions, driven by the season, with some Basque twist but still very French in execution and presentation. If one looks for gastronomic experience, respecting best ingredients and seasons, combining eclectic ideas with very modern culinary attitude - it is a great place to visit. Very friendly and professional service helps to enjoy the pleasures of food. Last but not least - we have been very positively surprised by the price we paid. We loved our local restaurant whilst staying in le Rouret. Without a doubt the restaurant is always busy and has limited nights during the week. The asparagus dish with fresh egg mayonnaise and a choice of miniature lettuces was beyond fabulous! Great atmosphere and the best in the area .

If you're a foodie, look no further. This place is a hidden gem for those-in-the-know. Food is very high quality and beautifully presented. Quality/price ratio is high on their 45 Euro prixe fixe (lobster salad was huge with lots of lobster. The lamb prepared two ways was a stunner.)The chef's wife is very knowledgable and offers a warm, caring welcome. Be sure to reserve as it's tiny. In good weather ask for one of the coveted spots outside. Wine list is small but expertly crafted.

We arrived late afternoon in Grasse, and all our favourite restaurants, especially the more famous ones, were fully booked. Le Clos des Pins happened to have room (lots of, in fact). Now we understand why: The ambience is quite gloomy. The food is extremely average, certain dishes are downright mediocre. Even the cheese platter lacks diversit - no Roquefort at Roquefort! Service is polite but slow. Prices are low, but lots of customers would rather pay a bit more for better food.

I went with my husband and daughter for dinner. It was just perfect. The food so fresh and well cooked as well as the service just great under the supervision of Cyril who is the director of the restaurant!!
