Fresh, local products. Pizza, pasta, meat and fish. Good selection of wine and local beers. Excellent service and friendly welcoming atmosphere. Worth reserving in summer months as adjacent to campsite. A very enjoyable evening.

I can confirm this place is outstanding, as I wrote in my first review following a meal three months ago. Entering the castle is a breathtaking experience, for the castle itself and for the views, and the magic continues with the cuisine. Creation after creation, beautiful to look at, tasty to eat and very clean flavoured and light. I loved a cold chicken salad, coming in a deep green soup, slightly bitter and perfectly matched by a sweet burrata icecream. I loved the tortelli filled with sweet "Blu del Monviso" in a ravishing clear tomato sauce. I loved a rabbit, skillfully cooked and thus moist and juicy, with a hint of spice. And I loved both desserts I tried, original, surprising, and balanced. The environment is obviously unique. Service is very very sweet, but maybe they could work more closely with the kitchen and so be able to describe the dishes, succintly but with passion. This cuisine deserves it. Prices are extremly reasonable (currently four courses plus amuse for 42 euros, and you can get either a thematic menu or also choose a la carte).The young couple who are currently running the hospitality in the castle (he is the chef) are doing a great job and I hope they'll succeed!

The staff do their utmost to give you a good time at their restaurant. Recently taken over by new owners and the owner personally visits all tables to welcome the guests and have a small talk with everyone. On top of that the food is of very good quality and the service is great. What more could one want?

Always open for dinner except mondays. Sundays and Saturdays open for lunch. This year - 2018 - opened also in November (which is our usual closing time)

We were taken here as part of a group for a set meal so can't be sure of the price. The Italian dumplings (red, white and green) were very filling, no need to order potatoes or pasta with the rest of the meal. The slow cooked pork was fantastic, it fell off the bone. People who didn't eat meat said that the fish was great and the complementary blue berry liqueur delicious.

Il sistema dei BiciGrill trentini merita 5 stelle solo per il fatto di esistere. Questo di Novaledo è accogliente e gestito bene. Il menù è variegato e i prezzi sono buoni: il tagliere di salumi e formaggi basta per tre persone!A questo si aggiunge una proprietaria molto cortese e un contesto naturale proprio speciale.

I've been here with my boyfriend at midday on Tuesday and the venue is really cosy. The atmosphere brings you back in time because there are wood ski hanging from the roof. Everything is made in wood and the chairs are covered with cow's skin. The food is just supertasty and very well presented. I personally recommend canederli with butter, sage and speck accompanied by rabosello wine. At the end we've been offered a dessert which consisted in pastries with a creamy heart. Our lunch was simply delicious and the mountains around are enchanting. We were walking to the top of Cima Portule.Dear client, thank you for your kind review. Okay, we had only Pizza, but really great ones. Nice decorated outside seating with a great view. Friendly and attentive service. We wasn't of course not disappointed and came back a second time.

...il locale si trova al piano interrato...ambiente piuttosto freddo anche come temperatura...il titolare comunque gentile ma forse sta iniziando questo lavoro e ci vuole tempo per acquistare un pò di professionalità ...abbiamo approfittato di un buono con Groupon che ci offriva un menu di pesce all'apparenza molto ricco!!...abbiamo preso un menu che doveva essere di pesce...ma antipasto piuttosto scarso...una fettina di salmone dei crostini un voule-vant...qualcosa di panato a seguire spaghetti alle vongole...poi il dolce che era veramente squisiito il cannolo siciliano...a mio parere può migliorare con del pesce in più come antipasto...e magari con un pò di musica in sottofondo per creare un pò di atmosfera...per il prezzo pagato che mi dava una bella percentuale di sconto sul prezzo originale mi aspettavo molto di più...
