Luckily visibility was so poor that lunchtime here was easy with no queue or waiting. The food is quite simply outstanding. The sliced cold meats are fabulous. The homemade ravioli with nettle, ricotta and cheese âfondueâ sauce was light and delicious. The venison and wild mushroom ragu outstanding. If you only eat once on the mountain in the Cortina district, eat here. The others arenât a patch on it.

We stopped and had a late lunch outdoors at the White Wolf. Breathtaking scenery, beautiful weather, great service. And the food! The food shows the cross-country heritage of a place that might be equal parts Italy, Germany and Austria. My grigliata mista was quite good, but the absolute hit of the meal was the polenta con formaggio & fughi. Grilled perfectly, with the tiniest bit of crust, there was just the right mix of crunch and melt-in-your-mouth lusciousness in every single bite. In our family, we tend to share a few bites of everyone's meal, but today it was practically a showdown as to who would get the most of this wonderful delight! Oh, and did I mention the scenery? Wow. We loved our stop at the Wellness Hotel!

Whenever skiing in Alleghe and surrounding areas this restaurant is one of our favourite ones to have lunch. Good choice of tasty and healthy food (grilled vegetables, pasta...). In case of good weather you may sit on a terrace with sunbeds. Service is good, there are usually many people in this restaurant so count on that. Otherwise can really recommend it.

Had a dinner here, and everything was satisfying. Quick service, great oven-baked pizza, large courses and a descent pasta. Besides, the place is beautifully designed.

I would love to give this place five stars. Staff is friendly, the location is fantastic and for many I'm sure this little place pops up right when you need it.We visited twice during our week in Canazei, both days on a return trip from Canazei to the top of Marmolada. On the first visit I wanted the lasagna, but there was only a little left in the pan so I figured I would get a mishmash of what was left. Instead I ordered a burger, the big one with the egg. Not fantastic, but pretty good. If they upgraded the quality of the patty it would do a lot for this burger.I ordered fries as well, but when I got to them I was full already. On the second visit I got my lasagna. Well, then maybe not. Calling what I got Lasagna is an insult to lasagna. A lot of not-meat. My friend got the same, none of us finished the dish simply because it was so horrible. Clearly an example of maximizing the profit by lowering the standard.Well, if they think they can afford it...In these mountain restaurants, you always expect to overpay. They got very little competition and they take advantage of that. This place is not unique in that way, but when the food is not up to standard, it stings a little more.

This is a very small restaurant, with incredibly tasty food and cozy atmosphere! We tried several types of pizza, all were excellent!

Having a chalet in the Dolomites I have been several times to this family-run restaurant which also makes pizzas. My suggestions are the garganelli with sausages and the pizza family format for 4 people. Anyway all dishes are delicious and the staff very courteous. Prices are also affordable ranging from 15 to 25⬠per person.

Baita Dovich stands for tradition and authenticity. One of the first restaurants in the area of the Marmolada, it was founded in 1962 thanks to the work of the Chizzali family that still continues to serve the unique flavours of the Dolomites on its table
We were 4 people for lunch, the view is beautiful (it is nicer sitting outside), great atmosphere. The food is very tasty, especially the tagliatelle with sausage and mushrooms, and the tagliatelle with deer meat. The place is inviting and very clean.Recommended!!!
