We've been wanting to eat here for a long time and were not disappointed. We reserved a table for 6pm in the Fish Bar and had the earlybird menu. The service was attentive and friendly from the moment we walked in. The food and presentation were outstanding and the atmosphere was lovely. One of the best meals we've had in a long time.Thank you so much for taking the time to post your lovely review.I am delighted that you had a great time and I have passed your feedback onto the team.We all look forward to welcoming you back in the future.
Where to eat Indian food in Standish: The Best Restaurants and Bars

This is a country pub in the Yorkshire Dales. It has a couple of rooms in the bar and then again two rooms upstairs for the restaurant.
I have known about this pub for years but never had a meal. We went here tonight via a gift for christmas. I wish now that we had gone before as the food was great.I started with the Baked goat cheese with fig and salad, my good lady had the black pudding stack. Both were really tasty ( we do try each others food ) and portions are of a good size.We then moved on to our main course of Kleftico which was a really good portion of slow cooked lamb with vegtables and potatoes. A really good meal and perfectly cooked. Finished with a couple of Latte.Loved it so much that we booked straight after the meal for another table next month.
