We enjoyed a lovely late summer dinner on the patio, with excellent food and wine. Although the menu was in Italian our waiter was able to help sufficiently with translations, and service was very professional. We had to try the regional specialty, bistecca alla Fiorentina, which is a huge portion for two (we took home leftovers). Prepared very rare, it was delicious although I usually prefer a leaner cut.

In 1961, Mrs Ofelia inaugurated the first big restaurant in Prato, âIl Caprioloâ: Tuscan specialities. Exactly 50 years later, and after a short period closed, the restaurant has been reopened and itâs now cared by the great-grandchildren of the ancient f
This restaurant was amazing. The service staff were very friendly even though I could not speak Italian and made me feel comfortable. The food was great with the freshest produce used, making all the difference. There was a mixture of traditional and modern cuisine which catered for everybody. I have eaten here many times when I visited Italy. If you had to try anything, the pizza was the best I've ever tasted. I will always come back here when I visit Italy in the future.

Although the meal was fixed with no choice, we enjoyed every course. It was ridiculously good value for money; and at 20 euro per person, I would defy anyone to get better value elsewhere

We had a light business lunch here. The place was pretty full on Friday (good sign!), but we managed to have a nice table outside. Service was friendly and very (very!) professional. ...And the main point: food was excellent! Fresh, delicious seafood in the typical Italian way: nothing fancy but everything is so-so tasty. Perfetto!

The location is simply beautiful, nestled in the hills overlooking the valley. Service is excellent, consistent of their Michelin star pedigree before they moved about 6 months ago. We had the game and meat menu. Presentation and food taste are excellent. There are a few deficiencies however, in that I found a small piece of bone amongst the rice in the risotto and my wild duck was way too dry. My wife, who had the meat menu, had to visit the bathroom twice during and after the meal. It could be the wine of course. Overall I think that the food is very good, the ambience excellent and the service without parallel.

High food quality, great service and extraordinary location. It's a former private house now farm holidays with a huge garden furnished with a gazebo and a fantastic swimming pool. The main house has also a large porch and a smaller backyard garden both with tables for dinner in addition to interior rooms. We were 11 and we have ordered two courses each. Somebody had a dessert and somebody a coffee. With 3 bottles of rosé wine and water we spent ⬠54,00= each. Really pricey, despite good quality and great location.Free parking for customers.

Attractive restaurant off the beaten path. Tuscan Italian cuisine expertly prepared. Menu is obviously in Italian, but one of the wait staff walked us through each item and translated to English for us. Three of us enjoyed a wonderful meal of tuna, steak and lamb respectively. The First plates of pasta, risotto and an egg dish were phenomenal. There was not a single disappointment in the entire meal. Desserts were beautiful. Highly recommend this restaurant.
