Let me preface this by saying I really wanted to love this restaurant. The concept of a student led spot, run by the cooking school next door, really appealed to me and itâs a great way to support them. We werenât expecting great service (it was a bit slow and unorganized). The menu was all over the place (salads, pastas, fondues, meats/fish), which is understandable considering they want to exposure the students to all cuisines. But sadly, none of them were prepared well. It is a nice ambience with an visible kitchen.... wish I could say something better. Hello!Thank you very much for your opinion, we appreciate it. We are sorry to hear that your experience wasnât what you expected but we take into account your comments and will work on it to make it better. We hope youâll give us another chance and visit us again in the future, hopefully weâll be able to change your mind and surprise you greatly.Kind regards.

Located inside the Intercontinental Hotel on Blvd Hermanos Serdan, I've dined here perhaps a half dozen times in as many years during visits to Puebla. The quality of dishes is consistently excellent each time, 1st rate service and atmosphere. There are certainly less expensive places to dine in Puebla, but if you're looking for a fine dining experience with excellent food & service, white table clothes, and quality linens, then this is what you're looking for and at a reasonable price. Last evening I had a very nice Malbec with a cream mushroom soup, and perhaps the best ever Carbonara outside of Rome. Buon appetito !Thank you for to share your comments regarding our restaurant, It is a pleasure to know that you had a excellent experience and thank you for your loyalty to Alfredo Di Roma, We will be happy to welcome you back.

We recently tried the restaurant at night and liked the interior and the place in general. But some of our food was cold and not really eatable. The meat had a very strange taste and the plate was cold. Me fondue was ok. I think it is rather a nice place to have a glass of wine.Thank you for your opinion. We are working to give you a better experience about the temperature of our food. We hope you can give us another chance. We also tried to reach you by mail to give you this response, but your email has not clear for us.Regarding the taste of the meat it is black truffle oil which is not a common flavor. We just simply love it. We suggest you to try Filete Chemita that has melted butter.Thank you againBistro y Vinos

The setup and ambience is great, very nice welcome. Good menu and reasonably priced, great selection of wines. Very inconsistent dish quality. We ordered the two duck dishes, one was awesome, the other overcooked and tasteless. The head waiter, rather than accepting our comment, disregarded it and responded that there is no way to please everybody, other people surely preferred it that way. Getting an invoice for the check took several weeks with lots of phone calls... what a waste!

This bakery is tiny. However it does have some amazing bread and even fresh made bagels which can be hard to find in the city. They also have a few cheeses, Brie and Camembert, in their fridge which practically hides behind the front door. I will be going back very soon.
