Good, thin and crispy pizza "al tagliere", served on a wood board.Manager rather arrogant for no reason. Quite unusual interior design, aimed to impress: poor imitation of Gaudi genius.Dear Andrea,we thank you for appreciating our food but we're sorry for bad service experience. We do not pretend to imitate famous artists, our interior design wants simply to be comfortable, ethnic and "mediterrean". Really nice place! Beautiful the view on the open kitchen and very friendly staff.We had the chef's tasting menu, based on fish courses. Food was really refined, well presented and of superb quality. Beside the restaurant they have 4 nicely decorated bedrooms. We spent 3 nights and had dinner at their restaurant every evening. Il Pedrocchino is a family run place and the service is excellent. They serve mainly seafood but on demand, they also serve some meat. They have one of the largest wine list I have ever seen and you should ask the owners ton show you the wine cellar.

We were early, and sat outside on the patio, nursing our spritzers. When the kitchen opened we enjoyed the calamari as well as the shrimp and eggplant. Service was excellent and the food very tasty. Although the patio is adjacent to the street, there were virtually no cars and just a few pedestrians walked by. Good find.

I have been coming here for a few years now and it is great every time. I prefer the lunch menu as I think it varies more and there's more choice. The dinner menu tends to be a bit monotonous (though good), the wine selection is prime. It's a little gem in the heart of Pordenone.
