The restaurant has a nice view to the port, tables outside and inside. We choose the daily menu which was brilliant, each courses very tasty and big portion. Three courses, cost Eur 19.50 pp. Waiters were very friendly. It was our best meal during our Normandy trip.un grand merci pour votre commentaire courtois , et constructif ,

Popped in for dinner tonight. My partner and I commented we could be anywhere in the world eating over cooked fish and chips and a boring burger. Overall poor value for money with low quality food and service that told us restaurant making a bomb tonight without any real interest in customer service or food quality. Try somewhere else this is a disappointing restaurant indeed

How can this noted Port-side restaurant serve langoustine, sole and turbot ALL so poorly! Evidently refrigerated too long and removed for cooking at the last minute: result was tasteless, mushy and barely edible â we paid and left before finishing our meal. Shame on your Chef! Richard Slater.

We have just had a very relaxed lunch in this restaurant. It has the typical atmosphere of a restaurant attached to a hotel in France, with clean modern lines. The sea food was excellent and priced fairly. The staff were very friendly, we would return.

We ordered two different pizzas (Vauban Pizza and the Marina Pizza)---both were very tasty, with nice thin crusts--served fairly quickly. We were both quite surprised with the great selection of seafood on the Marina Pizza. We stopped in for a late lunch, as it is difficult to find many places in town that are open in the mid-afternoon---we could not have been more pleased. The dessert crepes looked scrumptious that we observed being served to other tables---had it been dinner, we would have tried to do both--as it was, we took leftovers back to our room. Our server was very pleasant. Check out my photos for more details.

My wife and I went here with my mother in law and brother in law for dinner. No reservation required. Being a fishing village we all had seafood. In short-amazing! From mussels, to periwinkles, shrimp, escargot, crawfish, langostinos.....never had anything like it. The Camembert sauce for the mussels was heavenly. 2 bottles of wine and fantastic service. All for less than 140 euros. Canât praise it highly enough. Absolutely recommend.

Had a great meal. The best on our 6wk trip around France. All dishes were superb. For us, they achieved that rare thing in so many upmarket French restaurants, informality & professionalism. Allowing us to practice our poor French speaking !Sent an email to book. All good. Definitely worth a detour.PartDear gmbklm,Thank you so much for taking the time to post a review on Tripadvisor, We will forward it to our Chef who will be delighted to hear that it was your best meal after touring France for 6 weeks, it will make his day! we hope to welcome you again and next time do not hesitate to try our bistro restaurant "Le petit jardin" located in the converted orangerie. This restaurant is on the main road, but please donât let that fact put you off from eating here. The food is delicious. Beautifully presented, exquisite taste, and certainly worth every euro spent. The Oysters, and whelks were just divine; the desserts were heavenly and all served with smiles. We went twice in 4 days, and it was packed, with local French, which is always a good sign. You must book otherwise you will not get a table. We will certainly return.

We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the delicious food at Le Marsala so much that we ate there both nights of our stay. The vegetable soup was especially delicious, as were the pizza, ravioli, and spaghetti bolognese!
